Considering this, I do not think the first leg segment is 15 , and the remaining parts of the tripod are just 2.7 length.First leg segment should be little shorter than 15 , I think.I think you need a shorter lenscoat of the same width(0.75 -1.18 ).Checked the inventory, the next smaller one, is lenscoat 111(which is 11 length).I think it's the correct available size, though not sure if it can cover the whole or most part of the first leg segment length.
