Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Do they make these for monopods?

A: While these are not necessarily made for a monopod, the right set would depend on the tube diameter of your particular monopod.

Q: 2. what do I need for rrs tvc-34?

A: model 312 is what lenscoat says

Q: 3. Can these leg wraps be trimmed to a shorter length?

A: The LensCoat LegCoat Wraps 115 (Set of 3, Black) are designed for tripods with leg diameters of 0.75-1.18" and made out of neoprene. I would advise against modifying the material.

Q: 4. Will the Legcoat Wraps 312 fit the Gitzo gt 3543LS tripod?

A: I currently own the Gitzo GT3543XLS. The wraps I purchased were 15 long, and I find the length acceptable. They serve a twofold purpose: protecting the tripod, and are comfortable over the shoulder with camera mounted even with 100-400mm zoom lens with legs extended for balance. Initial difficulty installing, but a welcome accessory

Q: 5. how long is each strap?

A: The overall length of Gator Hook-and-Loop Cable Management Wraps is 35cm.

Q: 6. What diameter and length do I need to purchase to cover the rrs TVC-34L?

A: According to the LensCoat website, you need LegCoat Wraps 514. That's what I got for mine, and they work great.

Q: 7. Will these fit the Gitzo 3542L tripod legs?

A: Lens coat specifies the 310 wraps are the correct ones. The 316 leg wrap is the same diameter, but at 16 inches long, might be a little too long. I would measure the length of the main leg tube, and get the wrap that comes closest, but is not longer than that measurement. I have ignored Lenscoat recommendations in the past and just made sure length and diameter were right and that has worked out well for me every time.

Q: 8. what do I need for RRS TQC-14 ?

A: Hello DL,Thanks for your question. Do not have that tripod per se, but I know well Lenscoat and RRS(LC518 for TVC-43).While the width of this lenscoat can accommodate the diameter of the first leg segment of TQC-14(1.10 -1.14 ),the length of 115 lenscoat(15 ), could be longer than the first leg segment of the tripod(distance between leg angle joint, to the first leg lock). The tripod folded is 17.7 , including spider(top) plus 3 leg locks plus foot(each leg). Considering this, I do not think the first leg segment is 15 , and the remaining parts of the tripod are just 2.7 length.First leg segment should be little shorter than 15 , I think.I think you need a shorter lenscoat of the same width(0.75 -1.18 ).Checked the inventory, the next smaller one, is lenscoat 111(which is 11 length).I think it's the correct available size, though not sure if it can cover the whole or most part of the first leg segment length.

Q: 9. What length would best fit an FLM CP-34L4II?

A: FLM CP34-L4 II 10X Carbon Fiber Series II Tripod top leg section is 15 inches long and 1.5'' wide. You can use the LensCoat LegCoat Wraps 315 series.

Q: 10. Will this model legcoat wrap fit a Really Right Stuff tripod?

A: It wil fit a TVC-23. Very nice fit.

[Touch Fastener] I love it! I specifically decided to go with the Volca Beats for three reasons - to mess with analog, to get used to a sequencer, and of course the price! Anything in the same price range or cheaper seems to be mostly preset grooves or lack a sequencer. If I ever decide to upgrade, then there are lots of options and features to choose from. But for starting out and for the price, it’s great. The volume output for everything but the kick is pretty low, so even though I do jam along with it with my guitar and keyboard, eventually I want to buy a pedal to boost the volume of it. I use it everyday though, and get creative to work around the limitations, so if you are open minded and starting out in the world of drum machines, I would highly recommend this one.

[0.335 lb] Intuitive and portable. Works well in live applications as well as in the studio. Being able to access and manipulate multiple parameters at the same time (mute control of instrument parts, fx, and part pitch / speed) makes it handy for live performance. Moving back and forth between triggering samples and step sequencing works well for ideation.

[Neoprene] Yes, it sounds amazing. The snare is not the 808 snare, but you can get some really cool sounds out of it, especially with the stutter. I usually layer it with the clap, which you can tune via PCM, and it sounds outstanding, so I am not modding it. Don't get bogged down in snaresville, this thing has a huge kick drum, stutter feature, amazing step jumping, a ribbon controller, it syncs to your DAW's external clock, and it has live motion and stutter recording. Believe me when I say it's worth every penny, even if you end up using a different drum machine, this thing is a mini beast and so fun!

[Touch Fastener] Quick, easy, small drum sequencer with great features. The stutter knobs make this unit really cool. Just twist to add either a simple delay, or change the groove entirely. The controls over kick snare tom and hat are intuitive and quick. Can create significant feel changes very easily. Definitely see myself using this often to demo grooves, and layer into larger arrangements.

[0.335 lb] Fun in a little box! A real analog drum for a small price. The only thing missing is an audio input, so we chain others volca.

[0.335 lb] I come from a garage band background and wanted to learn what beat making was all about. Man, is it fun on this thing! The instructions are limited, and I found the tutorials on macprovideo worth the additional price.
