A: Be sure thaty all of the fittings and screws are tightened on the BenQ CM00G3 Ceiling Mount for Select BenQ Projectors. (BH # BECM00G3) Avoid using wall/ceiling anchors if at all possible.

Q: 8. This mount comes with 2 attachments. One is obviously the scissor mount for use with a drop ceiling, but what is the other accessory for?

A: From the manufacturer. I checked into this and was told that there is a loop on the safety cable that goes over the scissor mount stud. The safety cable is then secured to the stud by the item on the left.

Q: 9. Do I still Need the Sonos Arc wall mount to connect to this mount? Sonos says their wall mount let’s the Arc know it’s connected to the wall and will adjust sound accordingly

A: It does state that there is a magnetic sensor, which theoretically would sense any wall mount, though it is recommended to use the Sonos Arc mount.
