A: The Impact Ceiling Mount Light Stand could used the mount a camera overhead however it would be best if you first mount a tripod head so you can angle the camera. Always back up any gear placed over a person's head with a safety cable such as the Impact Safety Cable (18") BH #IMSC1.518.

[Yes] this does what i want, syncs w/ the android app for many color options. i'm unsure if i can independently run the led strips and this light however (i.e. have different color schemes running at the same time on the different lights), which I was hoping to do. Will look into it more. Seems like it should be possible.... 5

[Yes] I have both the new and older versions of this. The new one swaps out the off button with a dedicated scene button, and has a much sturdier build with less wobbly buttons. It also now has a raised section on the on button which is helpful for orienting in the dark. Handy for when you aren't carrying your phone, or the WiFi has suddenly gone down. 5

[Yes] The product arrived two(!) days after making the order. The Hue box was packaged inside another larger box for added protection which I had not seen before and thought was a nice touch. The gradient tube worked without any issue. It was wall mounted in the office to provide extra ambient lighting and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be using B&H in the future. 5

[Yes] Sometimes you don't want to use a voice assistant to adjust the lights, even if you have a smart speaker. Sometimes your smart speaker doesn't hear you, or you want to control the lights from a room in which you don't have a smart speaker. For those instances, I've found these to be a great solution. One tip: I use 3M command fasteners to stick these to the wall instead of the included mounting solutions. The command fasteners do cause the plate to be held a little offset from the wall, but the ability to more easily remove and reposition them without leaving a screw hole or mark on the wall is worth it. 5

[Yes] Starting out was easy as anything. That this can control 50 lights/groups through the Hue app is incredible! Interface with Alexa is a major plus, controlling lights from all around the house where I place my Echo Dots. Unfortunately, I wasted hundreds of $ on another product that was too limited and had no external control as with Hue. Live and learn... 5

[Yes] This Accessory is a must if you have Philips Hue Lights. Once set up it works just like a regular light switch with the ability to store up to 4 light settings. No need to open up an App on your phone or computer to turn on lights. I suggest one for each room you have Philips light installed. 5
