I also bought a p800 to replace my 3880 and find that the p800 has better blacks, givers better prints, and so far, is less prone to having the ink nozzles clog than the 3880.

A: Unfortunately the Epson P800 requires all ink colors in the printer in order to print even if it is not a color you use.
