With two jog dial selectors, you can select the requested channel and adjust the output level to the headphones. A standard 3.5mm stereo jack plug enables the use of any kind of headphones. To charge the AA NiMH rechargeable batteries you can either use a standard USB charger, or the CSX CU50 charging case for 50 units (sold separately).

A: Unfortunately the STR-DH190 does not have USB Connectivity specifically for an iPod or Smartphone. The USB port on the back panel is only meant for Service and Firmware Updates to which it will not have the ability to sync with an iPod or Smartphone. A RCA to Mini cable will be the only option to connect either device to this Receiver.

Q: 8. Will this work OK for TV dialog? Thank you

A: The Marantz Stereo 70S 2.1-Channel Network A/V Receiver (BH # MASTEREO70S) could improve television dialog when used with quality speakers, But a 5.1 or 7.1 channel receiver featuring a center channel would be be recommended.

Q: 9. Is it possible, to connect multiple bluetooth input sources simultaneously to this receiver?

A: The receiver is only able to accept one bluetooth connection at a time.

Q: 10. Is it good for the JBL 4312A (8 ohms) speaker?

A: The vintage JBL 4312A are control monitors and designed for in studio use. They could be connected to the STR-DH190 Stereo Receiver but will not sound as good as they should. They sound best with more power than this AV home receiver can muster!

[6 hours] I'm writing this review to cancel out a previous negative review I wrote about this bundle. B&H customer support went out of their way to solve my issue with this and I would highly recommend further purchases from them in the future. I received this pack free as a promotion for an I7 processor and was actually supposed to get a different pack (intel creative software bundle). I wanted the first pack and was pretty disappointed to have received this instead so I wrote a poor review with 1 star. However a member of B&H's customer service team reached out and corrected the mistake for me. This review is more for their awesome customer support rather than this bundle. I would personally give this maybe 3 or 4 stars but that's only because the games in this bundle aren't interesting to me (i.e. Final fantasy, zen pinball). 5

[20 hours] Excellent sound reproduction. At 75 watts per channel it works great with my JBL speakers. Sounds great at low levels. I recommend this unit for it’s traditional function as a wonderful stereo receiver. 5

[140°] Installed a couple weeks ago and spent sole time with this beast. Paired with Klipsch Heresy IV the imaging is outstanding, as if it’s impossible to tell where the speakers even are. YPAO does a great job of equalizing for the room, and the loudness level is a welcome throwback especially for nighttime listening. ARC works as expected too. 5

[140°] I am very pleased with this amp, purchased to replace on old Bose Stereo Lifestyle system. The HEOS system took only minutes to set up, enabling me to stream internet radio, Sirius, and Spotify. I use it only for stereo music reproduction including CD. The sound is great. I have no regrets and would recommend it. 5
