Support up to 30.9 lb worth of gear with the TMA27C Series 2 Mach3 Carbon Fiber Tripod from Benro. Made from 9-layer carbon fiber, the 3-section legs are secured via twist locks and extend to a maximum height of 63.8". The center column can be replaced with the included short column to allow the tripod to reach a minimum height of 15.2". One of the legs unscrews from the tripod, attaches to the center column, and with the addition of an optional head converts to a monopod. The rubber feet can be swapped out for metal spikes so that the tripod can be used on hard surfaces, such as ice, or soft surfaces, like carpeting or a lawn. A ballast hook on the center column allows for the addition of stabilizing weight, and the included carrying case protects the tripod during transport. A 3/8"-16 threaded stud on the mounting platform lets you attach a head of your choice.

[3/8"-16 Male] I doubt these will be enough for deep winter, but so far, as of November 19th with temps just above zero and wind chill, these do well. Comfortable, tight enough to allow dexterity, and yes, warm enough for now. I'd get a second, more heavy-duty pair for extreme cold.

[Carbon Fiber] As an absolute beginner to photography, it took me several replays of the video at first to start making sense of the basic concepts. However, once I managed to wrap my head around those concepts, the info and tips mentioned in the clip have become tremendously helpful. The knowledge about shutter speed has helped me capture individual water droplets from a spray faucet, understanding how the exposure triangle works has facilitated my nighttime photo shoots, and following the tip about underexposing the subject and using flash, I have been able to capture interesting details outside glass doors and windows in addition to the focus. Overall, this is a must-watch for beginners to photography.

[Yes] It's as good as natural light, allowing us to run our business at anytime of the day or night. Initially, we thought we needed more - maybe accessories or a brighter bulb, but Nope, it's perfect!
