The TAD28A Series 2 Adventure Aluminum Tripod from Benro supports up to 26.5 lb, weighs 4 lb, extends up to 61.4", and folds down to 20.7". Its 4-section legs use flip lock levers for adjusting the height of each leg. A foam grip on one of the legs enables you to securely hold the tripod and protects your hand during cold weather. A 3/8"-16 thread on top of the tripod allows you to attach any compatible tripod head of your choice. A carrying case with a shoulder strap is included to protect the tripod during transport.

[Aluminum] I use the gimbal in suitcase mode - using the extended grip/tripod that came with the kit. But I missed being able to open the tripod and setting the gimbal down so I bought an extra. It's just fine. 5

[5.95 lb] I ordered this product as a replacement part for my Ronin S. I had initially ordered the essentials kit which included a similar grip/tripod; however, the one included was made of plastic, and recently I put the gimbal down a little too quickly, and to my frustration, two of the legs broke of the tripod. This new replacement piece is MUCH better made than the one included with my gimbal. It has the same rubber grips, and overall form factor as the original, except the legs are made out of some sort of metal that appears to be much more durable. If your original part broke like mine, don't worry, this one is much better. Highly recommended. 5

[5.95 lb] Ordering was a breeze, product description was correct. I wanted to be sure I was buying the metal replacement to the plastic one that came with the gimbal. It fits my Ronin SC. Metal tripod is more sturdy and shouldn't break like the plastic one did. Fast shipping too! 5

[Aluminum] I needed to replace a lost gimbal tripod and went with the OEM from DJI because they are very well made. It feels substantial in your hands when operating and also very sturdy when placed on a table. I've used 3rd party mini tripods for other gimbals and they just don't feel the same. These are fantastic and the build quality is great. I recommend these to people needing a mini tripod/grip for your gimbals. 5

[5.95 lb] attached this little beauty to my tripod, and since I already use the b-Grip belt holster it was super easy to attach my tripod to my camera body. I do a lot of hiking in Colorado and it's easier to have my camera strapped to my side and my tripod or monopod packed and ready for use. would definitely recommend this attachment for B-Grip users. 5
