Rycote's table microphone base stand 5 8 threadadds portability to all standard microphone mounts with a 3/8" thread insert. The base of the Extension handle has a 3/8" female thread to allow easy fitting onto a boom pole or mic stand if required.

[1.3" (3.2 cm)] The Good thing I found it in this stand, is the on/off switch. You can turn on the condenser microphone silently without any noise. This feature is difficult to find it in any on/off switch in condenser microphone. 5

[4.75" (12 cm)] I bought this adapter so I could mount my iphone on a microphone stand. It's such a cool adapter and I love it! It screws on to the top of the mic stand and stays in place. The ball joint allows me to turn my camera in any direction. Wonderful. 5

[4.75" (12 cm)] This microphone base allows me to use my AKG C404 XLII in it's shock mount in a desktop configuration. I tried several different mini-tripods but none worked well. This was the perfect solution. 5

[0.175 lb] I own a small home studio and I'm in the process of completing acoustic treatment in the room. I decided to mount a distant ribbon mic high in the far corner of the room. To tame frequencies in that corner I built a 1' X 1' X 2 acoustic panel with 703 insulation, a wood frame and FR701 fabric. Rather than hang this panel I wanted to do a rigid mount from the ceiling. I had a number of Matthews MicroGrip arms and clamps but I needed two mounts: one for the ceiling and one for the back of the panel. The CAMVATE Mounts are a lifesaver! They allowed me to do the rigid mount that I envisioned. Of course you can't do pull ups on this, but the MicroGrip hardware allows me to angle and articulate the exact placement of the panel in a solid manner. 5
