A: Yes it is possible, however, we do not recommend it. This product is not designed for use with PTZ cameras.

Q: 2. does it have to be mounted on a stud because I need the camera in a specific place? Its a light camera.

A: Hi, no it does not need to be mounted to a wall stud, but you do need to make sure to use appropriate anchors and that it is mounted securely.

Q: 3. Does the arm move from the plate. I would need to move the arm flat against the plate, then have the camera form an L with arm?

A: Unfortunately no. The ALZO Wall Camera Mount with Ball Head will include a static 8" arm.

Q: 4. I plan to order the Marshall Electronics CV610-U3 camera, you do not have the wall mount for this model. Will this wall mount, CV610-U2 work for the camera?

A: The Marshall Electronics Wall Mount for CV610-U2 Camera B&H # MACV610U2WM will accommodate the CV610-U3 camera as well.

Q: 5. Will this work with the CV605-U3?

Q: 6. I'd like a mount of this type but I want to be able to shorten the distance of the camera from the wall. Is this possible on this item?

A: Unfortunately, the 8" arm of the ALZO 1236 is not adjustable, but you will have access to alternate the ball head position.

Q: 7. Can this mount be used outside and will it work with a Q-See camera

A: While the mount can be used outside, I would make sure that the camera you are connecting is outdoor rated.

Q: 8. What dimensions (in mm) are the rear mounting holes arranged in?

A: The dimensions and positions of the mounting holes are not listed by Huddlecam at this time. However if you email us at askbh@bhphoto.com we can guide you towards additional literature for this product that may help.

Q: 9. Is the ball mount removable? Looking for something like this, but would want to replace the stock ball mount with one that uses a quick release plate.

A: The included ball head is removable.

[Aluminum] I love it if the price was lower I would buy 2 well at least the bottom mount so I can move it from one spot to another, since it has the bolts to hold it down/up. It works great it is firm even though it is light weight. Also love the locking part of it. I love the shape it is, the height from the counter up. The color makes it very sleek. It comes with 2 keys which is good because I always lose one. It is easy to assemble without instructions which it comes with. It has everything you need to set it up and mount it, on the wall with Molly screws or on the table with nuts and bolts. I haven’t been so excited to receive a package in a long time. 5

[White] This wall mount is actually really useful. I use it to suspend a Canon DSLR with a heavy 24-70 lens from the ceiling of my woodshop where I make YouTube videos. Its very sturdy, I dont worry about $3k of camera coming crashing down on me at all. Id like to get another one to set up another angle, too. 5
