[0.065 lb] I use this to tether my Canon 5D MkIII to my 10 Adnroid tablet or android phone. There is a $$Android utility called DSLR controller that allows you to remote control the camera. So now I can see my images in good detail while I am taking them, instead of trying to use the small LCD on the camera. I can also show my clients the images before leaving the site. This cable is GREAT! I tried finding one around town with no luck, but B&H delivered quickly. 5

[0.065 lb] It really helps me to access docs and stuff that I put on a flash drive. The only thing you should consider is how you'd keep it with you as it comes with no bag. I use it out of home though, so if it not your case - no problem :) 5
