[23.5" (60 cm)] I just bought this but I have been using the same exact unit at work but with W10 for a few months. I use it for SolidWorks 3D CAD and it has stellar performance. Machine is super easy to transfer from another machine with a microsoft account. I appreciate it does not come loaded down with bloatware like so many out there.


I ordered on Monday and was delivered on Tuesday. Impressive how quickly this was done.



Some reviews say you should have the 1,000 watt power supply if you have a discrete graphics card. Mine came with standard 500W but have had no problems. I am a little surprised the CPU is only air cooled, not water. If I were a gamer I would want water cooling. But this is not really a gaming machine.


I added a 2T HDD from my old computer and it popped right in with no tools required.


I am saddened by the lack of sufficient Dell factory warranty. I guess this is the way everything is going. I did purchase the extended warranty which covers 3 years.


Overall I am happy with my purchase.

[23.5" (60 cm)] Had this for a couple of months now and truly loving it. I've replaced my previous computer which was the size of a small refrigerator with this little gem and it blows me away how small and fast it is.

I usually build my systems but this time I priced everything out, and the total was very close (I got mine on sale for $2799) to this already built unit so I thought I would just save the time and effort and buy the system out of the box, so happy I did.

I'm a professional photographer/videographer and this machine has taken everything I through at it with ease.

Photoshop AI processing is 2-3 times faster than my previous 12 core computer, and lightroom no longer lags out when editing.


Rendering video is better than 1 to 1, and I can scrub through 4K 60 footage without needing proxies now. Everything is just faster and easy.

I don't really play games except occasional Diablo 4 and it runs it easily on ultimate mode.

My only complaint is it makes my high-end Dell laptop seem dreadfully slow now and I feel like I need a new one.

[23.5" (60 cm)] I was finally able to replace my old hit a button go fix a sandwich windows XP machine. I wanted a replacement that would do the job now while at the same time keep on ticking for years to come. This machine sits nicely in the middle with a 13th gen I7 processor, 32GB of included RAM, onboard DVD drive, a fast booting SSD and room to add more.
I bought a Xcellon DisplayPort to VGA Adapter to connect my old Samsung SyncMaster 213T monitor and it works fine.
Windows 11 could do better as far as drivers for older peripherals; it took a bit of doing but I have most of mine up and running now.
The things I don't like so far: 1) Windows 11 takes it an inordinately long time to wake up from sleep mode. and 2) the DVD drive is pretty flimsy- like a cheap version of what you used to get in laptops. It remains to be seen how well it will hold up.
Other than the inevitable learning curve and growing pains when upgrading to a new computer, that's about it.

[23.5" (60 cm)] So far after a week of service the Precision 3660 has not experienced even one hiccup. I am extremely pleased with the system.

[23.5" (60 cm)] This is the 2nd ConeCarts we have purchased and we are happy with both. This cart was bought to be used as the base of a portable streaming station at our school.


What was not clear:
The Workstation designation means the top shelf is turned upside down. This means there is not lip on the top shelf to prevent gear falling off. Had I known this I would have bought a standard cart. I have flipped the top shelf, and now the logo is upside down.

It would be useful if there was an option for a power strip that could be attached - not just a generic option that might or might not attach firmly.


Packaging is lacking for such a solid item. Both carts arrived with damaged paint (not worth complaining about) and bent metal (cloth wrapped pliers bent them back).

[23.5" (60 cm)] Overall very satisfied with this compact PC. Lightroom & Photoshop run fast when processing big Nikon Z9 raw image files. We also wanted to add an additional m.2 drive, but it was so cramped getting to additional m.2 slot under the C drive on this MB we chose to add the 2nd m.2 drive on the back side (easy to get to from right panel) where you could also add an 2.5 SSD.

[23.5" (60 cm)] Great little PC. Handle everything I can throw at it. The small size works great in my office area. Very quiet after setting the fan controls. I am very happy with this purchase and B&H is awesome as usual.

[23.5" (60 cm)] This is my first Dell, and first tower in a long time, and I am impressed. I easily installed a second SSD and a HDD. Both went in quickly. The computer has two HDD bays already set to go. Just insert the HDD and plug it in. The SSD was even easier. It's quiet and has all the USB ports I wish for. The rest of the setup went smoothly.


I definitely recommend it.

[23.5" (60 cm)] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this desk for my son who will be starting his college journey. He loves that he can either sit or stand. It’s compact as well, so it fits nicely into a corner of his room without being in the way. His fellow classmates often comment on the desk and ask where he got it. The company should consider marketing this product specifically to college students!
