A: Hi: When I bought the poles, the end caps were not included (although they are shown in the photo). It took me a few months and several emails to BH Photo, but they finally were able to send me the end caps. The bottom caps are different from the top caps, they are different sizes. Call BH customer service and tell them what you need. It may take a while but they should be able to get them for you. Hope this helps.
