[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset feels so comfortable. Had them on for hours and it still felt comfortable. The sound quality was amazing. It's a wireless headset and it was so nice to be able to play without thinking about the wire. But, when the headset runs low it can be plugged iin to charge while I'm still playing. I could hear where the enemy players were with the 3D surround sound and my teammates could hear me crystal clear. And when I wasn't gaming, I would use the Bluetooth to listen to music on my phone. It's my new favorite headset.

Everything is in good functional placement and the overall look is very nice. Product was packaged great as well. Sound quality is so clean and clear and voice output is also very clear to those listeners on receiving end. Comfort is another plus! The overall feeling of these is top notch very comfortable even with a few hours of use. Overall impression of the Quantum 360 is they are a high end gaming headset that has quality audio, clear speech transmission and is comfortable as well as looks really nice and built well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones deliver in a number of practical, easy ways whether being used for gaming or not.

The ease of connection in headphones these days is critical, and within less than a minute, these were connected to both a phone and Nintendo Switch. Pairing was simple and the ability to switch back and forth relatively effortlessly made the user experience so smooth.

Using the headset for gaming, the sound came in amazingly clear and captured both game dialogue as well as sound effects and score without featuring one over the other. Voices were clear, sound effects were crisp and the background music was rich and deep.
Switching over to music, the experience was much the same. Piano notes came in clear and loud, treble was smooth and loud and the bass had a classic "thump" characteristic which is often more of a "buzz" in lower-end headphones.

Finally, the switch to USB-C is the last feature that seems to be the most simple and obvious, but absolutely necessary. Regardless of device, it seems to be more and more common to utilize one charging cable, and being able to switch from phone to gaming and now headphones with a single cord while traveling is such a relief.

All in all, these are terrific for anyone looking at a mid-range headset, packed with a ton of features and quality that are normally found in more expensive products and designs.

The fit, the sound quality, the options, the looks, its all amazing.

These may look large, but they do not feel it. The muffs are soft, the band is light and the LEDs are awesome! You don't need them on, but they are fun.

The best part of these is all of the options. You can use it with any system, or anything Bluetooth enbaled. I personally use them on my XBOX which doesn't do wireless, but works great with the wire, which has a volume control right on it!

I have zero negative things to report on these, if you want them, buy them!

The boom mic is removable so I makes it easier to travel with and if I just want to watch a movie with the headphone the mic is not annoyingly hang of the head set. The headset connects easily to my computer via bluetooth with ease. They are very comfortable!

Came with charging USB C cord and wireless dongle. Microphone plugs in, so easily removed if not needed. Charged very quickly. Setup was easy and took only about 10 minutes with updates. Very comfortable on head, even when wearing eyeglasses. JBL Quantum Engine software has setup and familiarization tutorial. I like the equalizer function with presets. Battery life is up to 22 hours, haven't had to recharge yet, since I'm using with my PC, I just keep USB C cord plugged in while at desktop. The little microphone dust cover was a tad difficult to put on. Even comes with a dust cover bag to store in. I like the tutorial program over trying to read the Quick Start Guide. Hard to read with old eyes LOL. Sound quality is great, I always like JBL products, have replaced every car speaker with JBLs. I received for free, but worth the cost.

What I love about these headphones is 1) The inside of the ear cups are marked (L)eft and (R)ight, so no confusion. 2) Large padded ear cups means no listening fatigue. 3) Being able to adjust how you want to listen. Meaning, more game and less talk or more talk and less game. But once you add the dongle, the listening experience explodes. You like more bass, you got it. You like it to sound flat, you got it. All done by making adjustments in the Quantum Engine. And to top it off once I got it dialed in the way I like, the sound made it seem like a live experience.

Battery is long lasting I play about 3 hours per day durring the week and I only see myself grabbing the charger on weekends. They are easy to set up and easy to switch the settings between pc and console. Jbl remains my go to for music and gaming. Bonus that all my friends can hear me clearly when playing!
