[0 to 80%] This small pouch comes in handy for storing and/or transporting several flash drives. It's small and an excellent value for the price! My favorite feature of this small case is the neoprene. I tend to be aggressive with my gear and the neoprene gives it that extra bit of protection.

[1.69 W] No dropped or drive not recognized. Anyone used it with a hard drive over 6tb?

[1.35 lb] I was unable to get the Sound Devices MixPre 6-II to consistently work over USB-C in audio interface mode, using their ASIO drivers.


It would constantly disappear as an audio device every couple minutes. Using a Lenovo T480. I tried every setting I could. I even had Sound Devices support help me out. We couldn't get it to work stable.


I got this cable as a hail mary and everything just works perfect out the gate. Just recorded an ADR session and not a single hiccup for over 4 hours of recording.


Cable does exactly what it says it does. Provides enough power to the Mix Pre to have phantom power on all 4 inputs and the computer uses it as an audio interface.


Note that the interface needs to be in 24bit mode to be seen as a windows device. I use 32bit float for field recording.

[4] I have a decent collection of older and newer USB flash drives. The Ruggard Neoprene Pouch holds at least 10 drives.


This is great for travel. Instead of flopping around my backpack in the pockets the drives can all be neatly stored and protected in this nice compact pouch.


The bands hold the drives in place tightly and it should do a great drive of protecting all the random USB drives I have.

[0 to 80%] Another great dock from Startech. This unit allows you to mount 2.5 or 3.5 SSD or Hard drives easily. I found the connection to be solid with the drive connection and there did not appear to be any play to cause issue with connection. I found the cables supplied to be of a good quality and no issues at all could be found. I think this is a good solid build dock and should last for many years to come.
No installation issues as I tested this with both my Mac and PC. This is a simple but well built dock.
The transfer speeds were what you could expect from an external dock.

[4] I am the computer guru in my extended family so I am constantly fixing issues with their computers. This dock makes it easy for me to backup the data before I do any work on it. It also allows me to scan it for issues and viruses as well. The dock feels solid and the cables that come with it are of good quality. It comes with three cables. Two for USB (USB to normal USB and USB to USB-C) and one e SATA cable. It also comes with multiple power plugs for different countries. Overall a solid product.

[4] I actually ended up getting this cable to help me power an ssd to work with an older device that outputs at low power through some usb-a ports (a wii u gaming console, actually). It works like a charm, although I had to switch up my ssd since the old one's usb-c port was too recessed to have a stable connection with the cable. Overall very happy with my purchase, especially given that the cable has more uses with the actual mixpre systems that it's intended for should I choose to invest in them ^^

[0 to 80%] Fits 10 flash drives no problem. Made well with good zipper. B&H always on the top of my list for buying and technical assistance.
