A: I teach Lightroom in seminars and photography schools. Scott Kelby's Lightroom book is the best that I have ever seen in helping someone understand Lightroom. A: It is a fantastic program, that you would be able to do a lot with. You might have a slight learning and practice on it if you have never used it before But the end results would be amazing.

[Yes] As a complete newcomer to Lightroom I found this book exceptionally helpful. The organization worked for me - not like a textbook or manual, but numerous shorter examples. Good explanation of the basics and dives a bit deeper later on. 5

[416] If there is any problem with this book - it would be that it almost covers too much.This makes it a fantastic reference source, and don't miss tearing out the white balance card on the outside cover in the back.The quality of the book and photographs is five star plus. 5

[416] I was a newspaper photographer in 70's and 80's got out when digital was coming in. I recently went back to work for a newspaper and this book has really helped get me back up to speed. I still have aways to go, but i will take this book every step of the way. 5

[Adobe Press] Scott Kelby does an excellent job in presenting the material in a work flow process format after he gives a brief introduction to the books flow. I am new to Lightroom 6 and am using a PC. After reading the first chapter and looking at the table of contents, I jumped right in and made edits to my first .nef photo. I am certain that I have much to learn and will follow up on reading the book in its entirety. 5
