The black diamond 92 fixed projector screenfrom black diamond 92 fixed projector screenis a wall-mounted screen designed for home theater or commercial applications. [16:9] I have a Manfrotto stands which fits this extension pole perfectly, and it's a dream - once I screw the base in, it's quite stable, and it doesn't add too much weight to my stand-bag. Very handy when recording orchestras! 5

[Yes] The extension works perfectly. I do wish it was air-cushioned like the stand I put it on, but it functions exactly as advertised, the screws hold tight, and brings my 12' stand up to over 20'. No complaints. 5

[Sima] Bought this to replace a jury-rigged mic stand I had built with an old monopod & a Manfrotto rail clamp that I used for recording in bars & at festivals. It had been damaged repeatedly by people knocking into it. This new extension pole goes up much higher & is rock-solid on my clamp. I look forward to using this setup for years to come. 5

[33 lb] I bought this, along with an Impact Heavy Duty Light Stand (13'), specifically to facilitate hoisting my T3i with 10-18 EFS 20' in the air to photograph a wall mural in a 6' wide hallway. It telescopes very smoothly and locks solidly. A little sway at the top but it settled down quickly. No issues. Highly recommended. 5
