[4K] I've been using this on my home office HTPC for about 4 months. It connects to my headset without issue everytime. battery life is great. I do suggest using a shielded cable as at first I had it plugged in to my computer for power while using it and there was way too much interference. Changed my source of power and all is perfect now. it comes with different cables to suit various needs. Range is good, not great but just good (that could also be my headset).
I have not used it for recieving so cannot comment on that part. What else would you like to know...it works.

[Cat5/5e/6/6a/7] I use the Aluratek ABC02F Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter connected to the Optical Audio output on my Sony TV. It pairs with a set of Sony Bluetooth earbuds to provide a separate channel for audio for my aging ears while the TV's audio continues to function independently for the rest of the family.

The optical connection to the TV was simple and the ABC02F paired quickly and easily to the Sony Earbuds. The ABC02F is plugged into a USB port on the TV and is always on so the earbuds are reconnected within the time it takes to remove them from their charger/case and insert them into the ear.

[48 VDC] I have two pair Philips Bluetooth headphones. I used the optical out on my TV to the Aluratek to transmit sound to headphones. Easy to set up on all ends. TV has a delay that will drive you crazy so its an either or proposition. Headphones or TV sound but never both. But now my wife and I have our own volume settings so its perfect for us. Great stereo sound. I would recommend and buy again.

[4K] With this and a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter (Pearstone best, Hosa is ok too) I have my Ion Instasound speakers paired with our Medeli 61 key digital Piano! Love it!

[10.2 Gbps] Works with a variety of equipment, receives and transmits well. Good Product. I bought it because my xbox 1 doesn't have bluetooth for some insane (likely branding) reason. Works fine with the xbox 1.

[4K] I have a samsung bluetooth sound bar that I pretty much use for all my music, TV, etc. its about 3 years old now and still works great. I recently purchased an Audio Technica turntable and wanted to connect it to my speaker. the installation was like 10 seconds and the connection to the speaker is amazing. sound quality is great and its easy to connect and disconnect. I saw a few other bluetooth adaptors but this one seems like it had the best connection.

[48 VDC] I bought the Alluratek to connect Bluetooth head phones and an audio amplifier to a TV that has only one optical audio port.  The amplifier connection is through an external Bluetooth receiver.  I havent used the Alluratek for connecting two receivers simultaneously.

[24 VDC, 2.7 A] We needed a device to allow us to put an old TV in the nursery for feeding time so that the TV could play without distracting the baby. Were using the ABC02F together with bluetooth headphones to enable that. Perfect way to keep the baby away from the screen while also giving mom something to do during feedings.
