The JO-37CE from Jasmine is an acoustic/electric orchestra-style guitar featuring a solid spruce top, sapele back and sides, and a natural gloss finish. The sleek, Venetian single-cutaway body offers a bold sound, while the slim neck and 24.75" / 629mm scale provide a comfortable feel and easy playability. The on-board Fishman Isys III preamp system includes a built-in tuner and a 3-band EQ for amplified sound and performance versatility. Unplugged or amplified, the instrument is well suited for solo performances or playing with a full band. Other features include a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, chrome die-cast tuners, an abalone rosette and matching bridge pins, a synthetic bone nut and compensated saddle. The JO-37CE comes set up with phosphor bronze light-gauge (.012-.053) strings.

[Yes] Get accessories. It came with only the guitar. Add a neckstrap, picks, etc. It is pretty, but slippery - find ways to hold it to bring out the best music. 5

[44 mm] I got this as a beginner guitar. My musician friend played it for me, it sounds great. He liked it. It arrived undamaged. It hold its tuning. The finish is reasonable. I lowered the bridge because I like to tinker, but that all. 5

[Single-Cutaway] I was looking for a cheap guitar with laminate construction that I could take on trips, camping, etc. This guitar received many favorable reviews on many sites and for the price there was no reason not to give it a try. The guitar was delivered in good condition with reasonable action, strings in good condition and tuners, while not high quality, keep the strings reasonably in tune. I did adjust the action and changed strings, which improved playability and sound. The finish is on the low end but I'm fine with it. The sound is pleasantly good. It is not tonally full or as resonant as guitars at a higher price point, but isn't that expected? I'm quite surprised by how good this guitar is and its $79.99 delivered. It will be a great travel / camping guitar. I order another one just because it's cheap, plays well and sounds fine for my intended use of this guitar. 5

[Rosewood] 1 week of ownership now. I just can not complain. As a beginner I was looking to buy a guitar with a good sound and was ready to buy Taylor 100series. Happy i bought this product. It hold tuning well. Feels easy to learn as well. Fretboard is smooth. 5
