Q: 1. Once the A & B solution is mixed to the correct dilution, does it need to be stored in an air tight container or is the Delta 1 bottle OK?

A: When one dilutes developer, it would be important to store in an air tight container. But when storing some fixer, the Delta 1 bottle should be OK.

Q: 2. Hello! I got the product when I bought my camera. I would like to know how to download and get access to the course please. Thanks in advance.

A: This product would be e-mailed as an MP4 format to use on a variety of devices.

Q: 3. can you use just part A as a fixer? or do you need part b mixed? so can this be used as a fixer sans harder?

A: Yes just use part A. Part B is a hardener for films and some kinds of paper but mainly unnecessary.

Q: 4. Does this book cover off-camera flash photography or just on-camera flash?

A: I have this book. From what I can make out (it is so detailed and verbose, almost too much so), most of it refers to understanding on-camera flash and manual modes, though some of it may be applicable to off-camera flash. There is a very small section for off-camera flash. I personally haven't used this book much after I bought it.

Q: 5. will these albums 6X8 pages fit 6X8 prints of DNP DS620A Photo Printer ?

A: Yes.

Q: 6. how to set up your histogram in preview?

Q: 7. What are the differences between this swatch set and the digital art swatch set? The digital art swatch set doesn't seem to be labeled with what's included. If I'm wanting to make L.E. prints of my painted artwork (watercolor, soft pastel, etc.) which swatch set is recommended?

A: The paper in this swatch-book are basic RC papers compatible to the basic Epson or Canon RC papers. The Fine-Art swatch-book B&H # HA1064HA1096 has all the Hahnemuhle fancy papers. it's definitely worth investing the few bucks in these swatches so you get to know the expensive papers for a minimal fee.

Q: 8. What is the maximum height that the armature? I need to know what the height of the photographed object can be.

A: Approximately 15" High

Q: 9. I want to know difference between this model and Matthews Butterfly/Overhead Snap-A-Part Light Duty Frame - 12x12'. It is because I think both of them are same but it shows difference in price?

A: The Heavy Duty Frame has thicker walled tubing making it a more robust Overhead.

Q: 10. Is there a workbook that goes with this book ?

A: We do not have a workbook that would go along side the book.

[2014] This book is great and explains the basics of a modern DSLR system in very simple language. It gets to the point and provides the information you need to know for many types of situations you want to deal with. The complex technical explanations for DLSR use is reduced to straight forward information needed to take many kinds on photos. I have purchased may How To Books through the years and I consider this book one of the better ones I have ever purchased.

[Peachpit Press] It was a fun read. This was the first book I bought and it was well worth it. There are good tips and I learned a few things. I am picking up one of the other books in the series because I enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend for a new photographer or even one with some experience!

[Peachpit Press] Even though some of the technology information in the book is getting dated, the information is very valuable both for beginners and those who have some night photography experience. My favorite part was the night photography history not found in other books. Definitely a must read!
