Unlike standard Wi-Fi protocol, the Ubiquiti Networks airMAX Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) protocol allows each client to send and receive data using pre-designated time slots managed by an intelligent AP controller. This "time slot" method eliminates hidden node collisions and maximizes airtime efficiency.

Intelligent QoS

Priority is given to voice/video for seamless access.

Scalability

High capacity and scalability.

Long Distance

Capable of high-speed, 18+ mi (30+ km) links.

The mechanical design makes assembling and disassembling the LBE-M5-23 - literally - a snap. No tools are required.

[2.61 lb] I am a big Unifi fan. I have setup many of these to out building. It's hard to believe you can get the high speeds I am achieving of over 300 mps.
Highly recommend these.
Setup needs to be a little more plug and play like the Unifi cameras, but there are many YouTube videos showing how to do this..

[64 MB] Excelente antena ... se desempea excelentemente muy satisfecho con la antena ... la unica desventaja es que al actualizar el firmware solo deja abiertos los canales de usa y canada pero en general muy bien.

[-75 to -97 dBm] They take a little getting used to for configuring, but work great after that. Have installed many over the years and they continue to impress as long as duplex networking is not required.

[Pole] I purchased two for a Point to Point link about 4 miles apart and they work great. I did have quite a bit of frustration getting them going due to a TP-link switch with POE, even though I was not using the switch to provide POE I was using the provided POE injector when I would plug it in to the switch it would not boot and I could not access the GUI. I finally figured out that somehow the switch was remote resetting it as if I was pressing the remote reset switch on the POE adapter. After I figured that out and reconfigured it works great.
