[Silk] The flat profile of the silk strap makes for all-day comfort even with a heavy setup like Sony A1 and Sony 70-200 2.8 GM II.
When used away from the neck, the strap wraps nicely on the wrist.
For video shooting, the strap works smoothly for pans and tilts.

[0.2 lb] I do not like the bulk, hardware, and dangling gadgetry of most adjustable camera straps for a small camera. This fixed length strap is comfortable and flexible for a light weight camera. In addition to wearing it around my neck, I can also wrap it around my right hand wrist when shooting. The fabric appears to be good quality and it does not seem to want to slide off my shoulder, however, it does not have any specific non-slip surface, so I do not carry an expensive camera on my shoulder with it.

[Silk] This camera strap is just the right length for someone who is short! It is also very comfortable. The strap does not dig into my neck and the material is soft but very sturdy. The workmanship is excellent.

[0.2 lb] Expensive for a strap. I got this to attach to a Leica M as I like to carry the camera in my right hand with the strap wrapped round my hand/wrist. This strap lets this happen more easily than the original Leica strap, which is more designed for 'over the shoulder' use. The strap can also be used round the neck. It is comfortable, but I wouldn't want it to be any shorter or narrower. I also like that it is quite low key in appearance no camera maker's name for example. The only negative would be the price, but hopefully it will be around a long time.

[0.2 lb] This is a difficult item to review in some ways, and easy in others. The quality of this item is very good. I think what makes this appealing has to do with the world we live in. In this age of consumerism, we are surrounded by poor quality items designed purely to keep costs to a minimum. This strap is substantial and, other than the attachment rings and the sticking, is made entirely of silk and nice quality leather. The flat band sits nicely on the neck. I use this with a Leica M digital. This is not a strap for a heavy DSLR and lens combo. I have no doubts it would hold up, but given it is only wide, the weight would be too concentrated on a narrow band of your neck. This strap also works well by wrapping a couple times around my wrist for carrying my M in my hand. It is a good length for wearing on the chest, and OK for across the chest, but just barely long enough for that. If you are large, that may not work for you. For a simple neck strap, this is pretty expensive. If you feel good about paying and using quality products, that skilled human hands play a part in producing, than this may be for you. I personally enjoy using it and have no regrets.

[Silk] Ok, is it pricey? Yes, let's get that out of the way. I initially bought one for my digital camera, and then six months later came back for a second one for my film camera.

I don't like leather straps because even after they age a bit they are still too stiff. Then there's the normal rounded rope straps which approach what I want but are too thick. This strap is the perfect middle: it has the size of a leather strap but the flexibility of rope. It's made out of soft yet sturdy silk. The leather ends take about a month to be the perfect level of softness and flexibility so don't panic if at first they seem too stiff.

In terms of functionality, you can comfortably wear it around your neck, but also loop it around your wrist. The only potential downside to this strap might be if you like extra long straps (which I don't). If you're taller than average and like to wear your camera strapped across your torso then this will be a few inches too short.

Overall, this is a wonderful product that I will keep buying as I buy new gear.
