[2.25 lb] I have most Broncolor lights and modifiers and instead of getting their beauty dish, I got the Impact dish. I can't believe a modifier less than $100 bringing this quality, it definitively makes me rethink, about trying to buy top brands all the time - 5

[2.25 lb] This grid is well made and the Velcro's sticks to the softbox juuuust right. Some grids have a very strong Velcro that makes it difficult to remove plus the risk of damaging the grid. This grid sticks on the softbox beautifully and stays properly. My favorite part about this grid are the small spaces in between each grid square. The smaller they are, the better lighting control. "If you don't see the white, the light won't hit it". Large grids won't give you this much light spill control as this one. Additionally, when you install this grid, there is no "tummy" effect when placing the softbox with the grid on a Boom. Perfect marriage between this grid and the softbox it's made for. Make sure to check out my pictures attached to this review as they show the actual results during a photo session using this grid with the Angler Quick-Open Folding Beauty Dish for Bowens (Silver, 40). Henry happy with it. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]. 5

[40°] This is one of the most rugged reflectors I own. I'm extremely impressed with the build quality. Heavy gauge metal was used which resists denting/misshaping. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it without hesitation. 5

[2.25 lb] The beauty dish has a great quality and characteristic on its own, but when you add the honeycomb grid and control spill, it's fantastic. You can even use a diffusion sock over the grid and get a great balance of crisp, contrasty light and soft, diffused light. I can't imagine doing beauty work without this grid. 5

[2.25 lb] I had wanted a beauty dish for a while, but they are quite expensive. I saw this kit, with all the accessories. I was surprised at the quality feel to it. I have played with it for one headshot session and the results are amazing. The grid is great, to keep light where I want it in a tight space. 5

[2.25 lb] I had purchased a beauty dish elsewhere that was supposed to come with a grid but didn't. When I contacted the company they informed me that they couldn't replace the missing piece and offered me a pittance of a return. I turned to B&H and bought the grid here. It arrived on time in sturdy packaging and when I snapped it into place on my beauty dish it actually adjusted a few imperfections that the dish had that I didn't notice when I bought it!! I should have gone to B&H from the get-go. Fantastic product and service! 5
