A: If you mean the 100-400 II, yes it will, it is what I use. The longer lenght than the P10 gives you more leeway for balancing the lens/camera combo when you are zoomed in or zoomed out.

A: The indicator will change to green when the battery is fully charged.

Q: 6. Are these good for a camera light? And... how do they compare to the more expensive 16x9?

A: This product can certainly be used for on camera lights as long as there is a 1/4"-20 thread present on the light. If you do not need the ability to mount 3/8"-16 products which the 16x9 offers, then GyroVu can do the job just fine.

[0.17 lb] This monitor mount feels very sturdy and the quick release is very easy to use. The screws that were preinstalled were a little on the short side but the package included a second set of screws that were slightly longer and worked perfectly. 5

[1.9 oz / 54 g] I first purchased this to attached to my monitor to my camera cage. Attached a ball head to the plate and my monitor is attached to that. It works perfectly and hold my monitor firm on my camera cage. Since then I have gotten a few more of these quick-release plates. I have used them to wireless receivers systems, they can be used for a lot of applications. 5

[0.17 lb] I did not use any of those adaptor before, so, my review is only based on this one time experience with this product. I needed to mount my DJI RONIN to a wirecam trolley, and this did the job perfectly. It a lot of different threaded hole, which makes it easy to attach to almost anything. And the gimbal fit perfectly on it. Product feel sturdy and strong. 5
