[Desktop Stand] I am a musician, composer and home recordist. I loaned the IsoAcoustics 155 model stands to my son to try out and he didn't want to give them back! So I gave them to him and instead getting another paid or the 155s, I decided to give the Apertas a try. The Apertas are almost 2x the money, but whereas the 155's imaging is solid, the Apertas' is ROCK solid. I also hear increased fidelity all across the frequency spectrum. The Apertas appear to enable the monitors to function optimally, decoupling the speaker from the surface it sits on and therefore eliminating that surface from the equation. All in all, I'm glad I spent the extra money.

[4.25 lb] Excellent sonic isolation for your desktop speakers. Tightens up the bass. (Although loose bass is often fun as well.). Try it - I think it's a keeper.

[Vertical] I got these for my Vanatoo T1E speakers and wasn't sure how they would fit. it was a great buy. I didn't want them up in the air, so these angle perfectly for my desk and it's a win.

[4.25 lb] I expected an improvement but they were better then expected. The low end is much tighter and I really notice a difference in the stereo imaging. Well worth the money.

[Black] Not my first set of IsoAcoustics, so they principal is well-known to me. They are holding my Mackie HR824s with no problem. Easy to adjust so that the height and angle is perfect. A marked improvement in sound was immediately apparent.

[Desktop Stand] I use them to lay my Yamaha HS5 monitors on my desk. They are just the right size, right angle, solid material. The rubber layer makes them not slippery. Excellent product!

[Desktop Stand] Because any quality speaker can be used for Dolby Atmos sound I decided to reallocate a pair of Pioneer quality bookshelf speakers to operate as Dolby Atmos speakers each sitting atop a High Quality tower speaker in order to fire upward into the vaulted ceiling. It was clear the support firing angle of the Kanto S4 desktop stand met the requirement . These are study metal stands and excel at providing the support angle required to allow a speaker to assume an Atmos ceiling firing angle. If Kanto's reads this review they should suggest this function as a use as well
