A: According to the manufacturer this stand has a 1/4" 20 male post on the end of it under the ball.

A: Unfortunately not. This is designed for Acra-Swiss type plates as opposed to Manfrotto's RC2 quick release system.

A: The dimensions of the 9.SOLUTIONS Cold Shoe Clamp are the following. The square part measures 3.6cm by 4cm and is 1.5cm high, and the small circular handle on the right has a diameter of 1.3cm and is 1cm long.

A: Matthews Mini Matthellini comes in different versions

A: The head of the clamp can be rotated.

Q: 6. Is the hole on the top: a 1/4-20" OR is it 3/8-16" on the inside? I mean can I use a "Matthews Baby Pin 5/8" with a 3/8" Threaded Tip", into the hole - on the top of this Mini Clamp? Or do I need a "Baby Pin with a 1/4" Tip"?

A: We have two versions, one with a 1/4"-20 female threading at the end of the pin, which is what i believe you are asking about. We also have a Mini Matthellini with a male 3/8"-16 threading at the end of the pin.

Q: 7. Can you remove the 3/8" male stud?

A: The 3/8ths stud on the 9.SOLUTIONS Savior Clamp is what is providing clamping pressure.

Q: 8. Are these compatible with cForce Plus Motors?

A: The jaws will go from jaw to jaw and up too 2 on square stock. The smallest DIA is 3/8 round. and 3/4 round is largest.

[Round] While more expensive clamp it was worth it because it solved an issue I suffered from for many years. Most clamps are designed for standard tripods with thicker legs. The problem is if you use a video tripod that has two thin rods for the first stage, standard clamps won't grip and if tighten more to compensate it can damage the leg. Often a monitor on articulated arm would gradually slip out of position. This clamp has a rubber mechanism that grips small legs better. The only cons is the price and placement of the mounting threads are on the side instead of the back. 5

[Round] This clamp is made extremely well and seems like it will last a long time. I love that it has rubber on the jaws and therefore won't scratch the finish on my stand and booms. I will buy a few more because I can see this being very useful in-studio and on-location. 9.Solutions makes another version that accepts a 5 stud and that looks to be equally useful. 5

[0.36 lb] I have two of these. One mounted to a C-Stand and one to a counter. Both holding LED panels in my home studio. The grip is strong as well as the integrated stud. Just buy it! 5
