This Lineco Gold ATG Tape 2 mil 1/2" x 36yd 12-Packfrom Lineco Gold ATG Tape 2 mil 1/2" x 36yd 12-Packis a reverse-wound acid-free adhesive transfer tape, with a clear solvent acrylic adhesive, reinforced with fiber mesh. ATG tape is used in picture framing, and mounting materials such as paper, wood, plastics, and metals. Its reinforced adhesive provides strong adhesion, high tack, and good cohesion. This 2-mil thick tapes is for use in 3M ATG guns, or similar devices.

NOTE: This bulk item contains 12 rolls of tape measuring 1/2" x 36 yards.

[73 oz per Inch] These are excellent erasers, that removes all traces charcoal and lead from my art. Gum erasers are all that I use, though this was the first time trying this brand. The ink used for stamping the logo on the eraser is not permeable but that is not a big deal to me; I just wiped the brand logos off with a microfibre cloth before I using any of them. I usually have bought the Alvin brand in the past but they don't make them anymore, these are a comparable substitute. 5

[1.6 lb] I have used this product before and I really like it. I tried the gun-type but it didn't always come out and it was hard to see what was happening. With this, I know right where it went and it stays nicely. 5

[1.6 lb] I use this tape to hinge photos to mat-board - I usually work with 5x7's, 8x10's, and 11x14's, and have had zero issues. This tape creates a strong bond and could also easily hold larger sizes. Plus, with a substantial 150 feet of it, it's hard to find a better deal. 5

[1.6 lb] I had tried the ATG guns and was not really happy with them. The adhesive was not consistent and it was hard to tell where it had skipped. I can lay out a line of adhesive and know it is there. Sticks to hold backing paper great. 5

[73 oz per Inch] I use it to store pastel drawings in my flat file. The tissue keeps the pastel from rubbing off. This product would be great for storing any delicate paper art. 5

[1.6 lb] This is the most convenient way to permanently mount photos or other art, either to a paper or foam board backing, or between a backing and a mat. Since there are no instructions included, I was a bit puzzled the first time I used this tape, but the way it works is simple: (1) apply the tape to one surface (e.g. the backing board), e.g. around the edges and diagonally across; (2) make sure all measurements are correct and you're ready to attach the art work; (3) pull the brown tape backing off, leaving a sticky residue; (4) attach the art work to the backing board. Warning: it creates an immediate bond, so make sure you carefully line everything up, there's no realistic going back! 5
