Hawke Sport Optics 2-7x32 Airmax AO Riflescope AMX Reticleengineered their Hawke Sport Optics 2-7x32 Airmax AO Riflescope AMX Reticleto increase the accuracy of airguns by employing a reticle that is specifically designed for airgun use. The duplex ranging reticle is based on a mil-dot system and provides multiple aiming points on all axes to help compensate for the notoriously-wobbly air pellet trajectories. Utilizing the reticle's aiming points allows you to adjust your shot quickly without having to manipulate the scope's windage and elevation turrets.

The scope's 32mm objective and short covered turrets give this optic a low profile with reduced snag possibilities. Capped turrets help guard against accidental adjustments, while its fast-focus collar and zoom ring allow you to quickly adapt to rapidly changing situations. Complementing the performance of the scope is a lightweight and durable anodized aluminum housing, with a 1" one-piece maintube that is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be water and fogproof.

[2 to 7x] My original scope was bundled with my rifle. It would not hold zero from day to day. This Hawke has been zeroed in once and it hasn't changed one iota! It makes shooting much more fun when you can actually hit what you're aiming at. I went with the 32 mm objective lens because I could use my existing rings. It fit perfectly and took all of 10 minutes to mount to the rifle. You can't go wrong with this IF it fits your application. 5

[1"] Mounted this scope on my HW50S. Its the perfect size and weight. The AO and ocular focus rings are very stiff, which I prefer since its less likely to shift during shooting sessions. The optics are clear, and I love the Mil-Dot reticle. The scope was very easy to zero. My setup is to shoot 1 low at point blank, then knowing Im on paper to zero at 10 yards, and then fine tune zero at 20 yards. Already gone thru a tin of pellets terrorizing soup and soda cans, and the zero hasnt changed. All-in-all, Id say that this is a really nice scope for the money. 5

[1"] This is an excellent scout optic. It fills that purpose perfectly. I put it on my Ruger Scout with XSSight rail. It's great! I'd recommend either low or medium height scope rings. I like the set it and forget zero option. It does take some getting used to if you haven't used a scout scope before, but I think it's the best choice out there. The adjustment ring is solid and just stiff enough to require intent to move. 5
