[1] This is a very durable, thick material. There are some nice pockets inside and out. The ends are thick. Sure if you want to toss it around you may break your stands. I don't toss around my stands and can get a lot in here.

[0.265 lb] I was skeptical buying a 3rd party product, but after using it now at least 50 times, It's flawless. I transfer an almost full 64 gig card in about 10 to 12 minutes. The USB 3 seems to be making the difference. I am downloading to a 500g external SSD through my I7 macbook pro. The Sonnet P2 reader has beaten Panasonic on this. Being USB 3 and not 2 like Panasonic's has me sold. I would recommend this product to anyone. FYI the case is metal. Very durable. and has safety USB screw down so your cable can be attached securely and never come unplugged. Well done Sonnet.

[0.265 lb] My new 60GB F-Series cards are used for shooting & downloading P2 media files. Nothing in my existing workflow needed firmware update -- just threw them in & never missed a beat. The only mystery to me was what happened to the other 4 gigs :-)? I'd like to get a couple more...

[0.265 lb] As someone who has used the P2 Card reader in the past. I must say that theSonnet Thunderbolt Pro P2 Card Reader trounces it by far. This was the best investment for importing or ingesting media from Panasonic cameras.

[1] I have finally found the perfect bag to carry my light stands. Let's face it my 4 light stands spend a lot of time in the back of my car. Then I carry them into a shoot and back out. Why would I spend more for a bag to go to and from my Outback? I tried another modestly priced bag from B&H and it fell apart in a month. This bag is not gonna fall apart for a long time. It is durable, well built and has tons of space. If you need a solid basic light stand bag buy this one.

[1] I have a larger, bulkier lighting kit bag, but it was made for big reflective bowls, monolights and older, bulkier setups. Now that I shoot mostly smaller, industrial setups in tight locations I've switched to small, shape-specific LED units, and I I need are a handful of stands and a tripod. So a yard-log shoulder bag with a roomy main compartment and two smaller ones (sure, I gotcher angle mount right here) is absolutely perfect. Quick in, quick setup, quick teardown and I'm outtathere in one trip. Seems built really well, so I should be using this for a long time.

[0.265 lb] This is my first time using the P2 card. It is amazing. The footage is beautiful, but I am thrilled with the convenience of using it. I upgraded from a Sony HVR-Z5U (with DV tape and firewire) to the Panasonic AJ-PX270. Recording and previewing on the P2 is a breeze. I was concerned with transferring the files to my computer, but that is easy using a USB cable in the 2.0 device port. My non-linear editor accepts the MFX files with no problems. I am so happy I made the change.
