[Over, under] This life saver bag did just that. It was a life saver. Didn't have money for a new mic so I had to protect my current one. With boom mic stands that constantly tip over (and I've caught it every time) I needed something to weigh it down so I didn't have to worry about it falling over. I got some sand at Wal-mart for about 4 dollars and then filled the Life Saver Sand Bag. THAT took a very long time. But once it was in, I was set. And I love this bag. Its nice and heavy and I never have to worry about the stand falling over. Its not going ANYWHERE.

[Fast, slow] This meter is the very best most accurate VU meter I have ever used. It is pre calibrated and requires no adjustment!!! Simply put, I have every VU Meter made and none work as well as this one. It is expensive but worth every penny. It is very well build and compact. My only complaint is really a wish, I would like to have 1/4 TRS connections, however the phoenix connections work fine as well.

[1.865 lb] I have purchased the Life Saver Bag hoping to lighten my load when I traveled to a location for a shoot. I was going to return it thinking it wasn't going to work well. I am so glad that I kept it. You can use water or sand to fill up the Life Saver. I have chose to use water. I would fill up the life saver at the location and dump the water out afterwards making it easier for me to move it around. If there is no running water at the location, I will fill the Life Saver with water before leaving and put it in to a small plastic box just incase it does decide to leak and then I dump the water out afterwards. So far I had this Life Saver for about a year and have not had it leak on me yet. I use the bag to stabilize my c-stand for my wireless strobe. Couldn't be happier.

[1.865 lb] I bought this to measure very quick, loud bursts of noise. This meter reads fast enough to be fairly consistent in reading the noise. It's well built and does a good job. Also, it's very easy to use.

[A/C] Seemingly Excellent quality, accurate, and easy to use meter. Appears to be a long-lasting product. Only time will tell.

[1.865 lb] First one I've ever purchased. It does what I want it to do. I use it in my recording studio.

[60 dB] I used water to fill and it was still way heavier than any saddlebag style counter weight. Water filling is a little cumbersome (the surrounding area WILL get wet, but water makes ot much easier to empty out on teardown for transport and storage. Appears to be sturdily made from heavy plastic.

[Aprox. 0.2 W] The Life Saver sand bag is exactly what was needed to place over the base of our outdoor directional sign. Heavy enough to keep the sign from being blown or knocked over by people walking by (we filled it w/sand). And because it surrounds the base of our sign, the Life Saver has made the sign and the sand bag itself theft proof. Everyone at the Hotel has commented how practical the product is.
