A: Since we are making DVD's directly from MAC towers, iMacs, and MacBooks from Final Cut rather than trying to address an external DVD maker I have no experience with Toast. Speed wise as well as eliminating potential interface timing issues in disc writes we have found that directly cutting DVD's on the prime hardware is always preferable. Therefore our Microboards 3 disk unit, our 10 disk unit and our chained twin 10 disc units all operate independently and are not connected to any of the networks.
