Direct and control the image quality of your next film or broadcast production with the JVC ProHD 21.5" Broadcast Studio LCD Monitorfrom JVC, thanks to its 1920 x 1080 backlit LED panel display with a 178° viewing angle, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 250 cd/m² brightness. It features HDMI, 3G-SDI, CVBS, VGA, and component inputs, and it provides HDMI and 3G-SDI loop outputs. The monitor can input and downscale up to 2K60 video.

Video assist functions like focus assist, false color, zebra, scale markers, and more, and other features include user-definable buttons, tally, timecode, and a built-in speaker. Control over the monitor can be achieved via the RS-485 or RS-232C inputs for serial control or by using the front-panel buttons. An AC input or the Gold mount battery plate can provide power to the device. An included power cable and a monitor stand make setup on your next soundstage quick and efficient.

A: I've taken a look at mine, and I don't see any such lock slot on the back or sides of the monitor.

A: Not that we are aware of. Captions are not listed as supported in the manual for this monitor.

Q: 6. I'm using the SDI connection, but the display has an annoying "FS173" graphic overlay. How do I turn it off?

[1920 x 1080] Picked this up during the recent MEGADEAL promotion. All I can say is WOW!!!! Even as just a second monitor, it is just awesome. Full 1080 HD-very clear. All of the bonus features (webcam/mic/speakers & lighting), just make this item an outstanding value. The MEGADEAL has passed, but B&H still has these for just a little more than that. Very well made-heavy duty. Has not only USB 5V ports for charging devices, but also the built in contactless charger that works on iPhone 8 and above; sure alot of the Androids also have this feature. To sum up......JUST BUY THIS NOW (maybe 2????). Superb value. Add in lightning fast shipping from B&H and you will have it in no time. NOTE:Make sure you follow the instructions to download the drivers before connecting it to your computer. It will also check to see if there is a software update for the actual monitor. Very, very happy with this purchase. Alot of others still sell this thing for upwards of $500-B&H has you covered at an outstanding price. Works great on WIN 10; MAC OSX 10.15 and above..... 5

[100 x 100 mm] I purchased three of these monitors for a big, 3 camera job. My main concern was color accuracy, so I purchased one monitor first and tested it with my camera extensively before ordering the other two. I found the color & contrast to be very accurate, and consistent. The menu is easy to navigate, with some nice features. I especially like the freeze frame which comes in very handy. It looks like this monitor is made by Swit and is most likely equivalent to the Swit monitors offered at B&H. Fine by me. My only couple gripe would probably be the lack of option for a screen protector. It's also not terribly bright but you can compensate for that by cracking the backlight. Also, 4K would be nice but this would work just fine for now! 5

[LCD] La verdad es que lo adquirí porque estaba en oferta, pero al recibirlo e instalarlo, me facilitó la organización de mi escritorio: se ve mucho más estético y limpio, ya que eliminé lámparas y micrófonos e incluso otra cámara que tenía para mis juntas y clases on line.
