A: The Wooden Camera A-Box for RED KOMODO, WEAPON, EPIC-W, SCARLET-W, RAVEN, and DSMC2 does not provide phantom power. This adapter does not provide phantom power and the RED® Base Expander Module is a required item (not included).

A: This is specially for RED Epic, Dragon, Scarlet or Mysterium-X cameras. If you have one of those cameras with a lens no longer than 7.1 inches and no larger than 4.2 inches in diameter it will fit in this case.

Q: 8. Will this mount support heavier PL mount lenses like the Sony Cine Alta Primes or RED Pro Primes?

A: This is a very solid PL mount, it will support heavier lenses. However it is never a bad idea to add a lens support unit to your rig, these will give you even great stability and assist you if you are using very large, heavy lenses.

Q: 9. Will this work on the RED Epic Dragon with upgraded fans?

A: I would say of course it feels cheaper. It is. RED's titanium mount is $2000. This costs $400. But, it works fine.
