[Chase Macro] We are a 4 peice Rock Band and this Wash Bar worked great!!

[145 W (Max)] I bought these for both events and mobile DJ applications since they are battery operated (no searching for power, fast set-up) and the price is definitely right. These lights are great over-all...they are solid (heavy, but not too heavy), and they put out a ton of light for their size. I recently used them at a wedding event and they were still going after 8 hours of use (in fade mode). The only fault I have with these is that the menu on the back of the fixture is LED based and the abbreviations are confusing and not as intuitive as Blizzard's other products. I found a very easy work-around though, and that's to simply use the included remote. That makes setting these up VERY simple...you can choose a color, or a fade/sound active, with full control of brightness/speed right from the remote. Each fixture includes one remote (I got 8 fixtures), so I have plenty of spares if I need them. If you are looking for something with full wireless DMX control I would look elsewhere, but as far as a simple battery powered light I have not seen anything that can beat these for the money.

[145 W (Max)] People far more experienced with measuring color accuracy than me (CineD, Gaffer and Gear) have scored this light surpassing just about any other RGB panel light in the industry. I'm not worthy of having such a light with so many capabilities, functions, and connectivity options, but I wanted to get a light that I could grow into. I love the durability and the color options. I don't have a huge need for effects but the way you can customize the effects are really amazing. Only wish the barn doors would come with this instead of an additional accessory you have to buy. I also wish the light, ballast, and accessories all fit in one single case. That said, I highly recommend this light!

[145 W (Max)] Four of these lights was my first foray into professional lighting for house shows in our warehouse space. They were expensive, but they brought the show experience to the next level. I'm glad I went with the pro version. The colors are beautiful and vibrant and warm.

[27.48 lb] Bought a pair of these this year for my Halloween display. I painted Orange paint on the edges of my sidewalk steps and decided to add to the fun and make the pop. I had the fixture on a 10' vertical pipe straight overhead. Had the UV DMX channel at 30 and you could still see the paint from down the road. I've always been keen to stray from ADJ lighting but these have blown me way.

[Manual] I do weddings and corporate events, and I could not be happier with these lights. As far as set-up goes, these could not be easier, as I just place these where ever I want in the room (uplighting, wall/ceiling, centerpiece, whatever), and since they are wireless AND battery, it's super fast and easy. Plus, these things have an incredible amount of light output for their size. The batteries last a LONG time (I have run these over ten hours, and they still had juice left). Build quality is excellent and well worth the money. One small complaint is that one of the black knobs on the yoke section broke (still usable), but I called Blizzard and they sent me TWO replacement knobs just in case I had an issue with one of the other lights (I have 8 of these and I am looking to get more).

[27.48 lb] I don't normally write reviews, but this fixture blew me away and I wanted to let other people know about it. This is built like a tank (even has die-cast yokes), is super compact, and the light output it unreal! This thing is super punchy and has an amazing throw. I had the older Blizzard Fab 5's and those were very nice, but these smoke the original Fab 5 in build quality and output. If I had one TINY complaint it's that the Fab 5 had a little bit better color mixing, but I will gladly trade that for all of the other improvements.

[27.48 lb] This is pro light at a great price point. The colors it renders is amazing. It has alot of professional features like Xy Mode to dial in the perfect color hue. The built quality is amazing and the stylist diffuser makes it easy to switch from 90 degrees to 45 degrees beam.

The only problem I have which is not a deal breaker is the case it comes in, it's not so great and it's two separate cases, one is for the light itself and other one is for ballast and cables.

Overall I think it's the best RGBAW Light out there at the price point with good color rendering score that compares to top end lights. Zolar did an amazing job can't wait to see whats next from them.

[25°] I am a Z CAM user and decided to update my lighting setup to the ZOLAR lights. This light should not be this packed full of features for the price it sells at.


Mirroring the other reviews on the Vega 30C, just buy it and you will not regret it. You will need to get a V-mount clamp to make the light easier to work with so the power ballast is off light and less top heavy.
