Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What's mean for the model 'left and right'? Does it mean I use the right hand, should be buy the 'Right' model?

A: Yes, the "Right" model of the HoldFast Gear Money Maker Solo Sling Right-Handed Camera Strap (Medium, Chestnut) is for right-handed shooters.

Q: 2. Does it come with the new adjustable Sliders with anti-pinch design?

A: Mine did not come with the new sliders I purchased mine before those were released

Q: 3. Has this product been updated to include Cream glove leather lining and have all black hardware as depicted on the Hold Fast website ?

A: Sadly no. I even called to confirm it had black rings and rivets. They said yes. They shipped me the chrome one. I tried to send it back but they didnt take it. Money maker wont exchange it because its an older model.

Q: 4. Can this support a canon prime lens and sigma 150-600mm at the same time?

A: Yes, the HoldFast Gear MoneyMaker 2-Camera Harness (Chestnut, Large) BH #HOMM06CHL will support a Canon prime lens and a Sigma 150-600 mm lens at the same time.

Q: 5. Is regular equivalent to Medium? Thanks

A: I have the regular, I'm 5' 11 190 lbs, very comfortable, it adjusts both ways from my belt hole.

Q: 6. plz help, does this model contains adjustable sliders?

A: Yes. Both the large loops that go around your shoulders and torso, as well as the straps that go from the loops to the cameras, are all adjustable. B&H has an old photo shown, but go to the manufacturers website and you'll find the difference between the older and newer models.

Q: 7. How easy is it to photograph if i were to use the Holdfast with my Canon 70-200 mounted to the Tripod collar ( assuming its a heavy lens and i dont want to stress the mount ) ?? A greater portion of the camera should jut out behind the strap once its mounted onto the tripod collar and i was hence wondering if it would protrude much more against my chest and prove difficult while holding against the viewfinder.

A: I honestly don't see the HF MM helping in that situation. The moment you raise the camera from your body, it is no longer being pulled down by gravity so the HF really is not helping. I could be wrong, though.

Q: 8. Does this come with the new adjustable and no snug slider?

A: Yup!

Q: 9. I am small frame and would like it to hold 2 mirrorless cameras and lenses, etc. Will this system not be too heavy or cumbersome for a 5'2 woman?

A: I wouldn't think you would have any problems. Make sure you order the small size harness. I ordered the large but I'm 6'0 and 220 lbs. I carry two full frame Sony a99 with one having a 24-70 f/2.8 and the other having a 70-200 f/2.8. I love the strap. So comfy for all day weddings. When I only want to carry one camera I Hook the other camera attachment point to a belt or belt loop and use it all the time. My go to strap for any occasion

Q: 10. Is there a way to order without D-rings?

A: you mean the extra four rings on the strap? as far as I know there is no option to have this without the rings, and they can't be removed.

[1.55 lb] I love this! Quickly one of my favorite photography tools. The second I put it on I just looked like a pro photographer. There are levels, and I felt like I instantly leveled up- oddly enough.

I'm 5'8" average build, and the small fit perfect. Not sure how to connect the bag on the back, but maybe those bags have those connectors since I haven't purchased one yet.

If you're on the fence and if you have more than 1 camera and have events in the future scheduled, I wish I had known about this earlier- just get it. Seems like a solid investment. Looks good. Fits great. Super functional. I love it and excited to use it! Small investment in something that makes you look like you know what you're doing.

[1.55 lb] Should have bought this forever ago. Carrying two cameras around without it to shoot weddings is nearly impossible. The only complaint is cameras and the safety straps can get twisted up a bit, but it is what it is. Just have to be mindful of it.

[1.55 lb] Bought one of these harnesses for my best friend and she raved about it! Purchased one for myself and I love how it carries/distributes the weight of two camera bodies.

[9.4 x 3 x 0.4"] I was concerned at first after ordering the 'Skinny' harness over the original as all I would ever see is other photographers wearing the original. It looked great and secure and I couldn't really picture what the skinny version would look like compared to the thicker strap. But as a guy with a smaller frame and only being 5'7 - the 'Skinny' version was perfect! I now realize if I would have got the original - the straps may have been too thick for my shoulders. The 'skinny' version held both my Canon R6 with Speedlight and Rode VideoMic Pro on both sides. Felt comfortable and secure and didn't cause any chaffing or pain whilst wearing them for 3 days of consecutive 18 hour shoots!

[9.4 x 3 x 0.4"] Use this for sports events/skate competitions and it's great to have easy access to a long lens and a fisheye without having to juggle swapping equipment. The D-ring/mount easily handles a Fuji X-T5 with Tamron 18-300 zoom (the T2 and 8mm fisheye on the other side definitely weighs less). No shoulder soreness after wearing for 6 hours. Would recommend.
