One end of the cable has an RJ45 connector with a snagless boot while the other end is integrated into a portable cable reel with built-in RJ45 port. Once you're done, simply reel up the cable for easy transportation and storage.

[RJ45 Female] I do custom audio, video and network sales and installations in the residential market and have been using these Slim Ethernet cables regularly. Some of the advantages are when bundled in either a rack or cabinet they are able to be bent at a slightly smaller radius as the diameter is smaller, they are lighter weight so less strain on the device they are connected to and the smaller size takes up less wire management space. The other great thing is that they are available in one foot lengths. 5
