[Yes 1 RU] great un-managed switch. Puts out a ton of power and not a lot of switches in this power bracket making this a unique item in the market. If you are in need of something like this it is a solid option.

[Internal] I am upgrading my IP camera wiring to include patch panels, keystone jacks, Cat6 cable, and I wanted a single PoE Switch that could handle it all. I don't have all old cameras pluse the newer ones ported over yet but the switch runs very cool at the power supply and the switch itself. I think that running cool may lead to a longer component life. The switch is plugged into a full sinewave UPS also bought from B&H. I chose this switch which was more expensive than the slightly less powerful model but cheaper unit. One benefit this switch has is apparently the ability to recover from a short. One camera connection had a leak induced short and the switch turned off the port. I don't reccomend testing this on your setup but the switch port is fine.

[220 W] It was easy to set up and connect. I used two of them in conjunction with 36 channel NVR and the NVR had no issue seeing the the camera that were contacted to the POE switches. And they had 200 between them.

[30 W] I am using this switch to power a BZBGear camera and BZB controller. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's worth buying Netgear, not the cheaper no name units.

[Internal] Netgear always makes reasonable products at a reasonable price. This is no exception. Using it for a wireless system, and it works great!
