Q: 1. It comes with no instructions. I need it for a 4 to 24v load. Does the hot for this load go on the left or the right?

A: AC does not make a difference which is which. You can go either way.

Q: 2. Can you overnight this to me

A: The Power adapter is in stock and can certainly be sent via next day shipping to you.

Q: 3. To power the WiFi thermostat how do you connect the wires? This adapter has 3 terminals: AC - GND - AC. Which one goes to C and which one to R on the thermostat?

A: Use both of the AC terminals, one goes to C and the other goes to R.

Q: 4. I'm replacing a transfomer that is 120V, 60Hz, 24 VAC, 40VA and 0.48A, which is about 57.6 watts. This transformer is the same, except it's only 50 watts. Can I safely use this model as a replacement?

A: depending on what you are using it for a 24vac 40va transformer if that is what the device calls for will work. if the device is calling for more than it is a risk of burning out.

Q: 5. Is there a rack mount kit for this model?

A: I don't use it in that configuration. Check the manufacturers website

Q: 6. is this just for program audio or intercom party lines also?

A: I have 2 of them which I use with a intercom system for Multicamera shoots.

Q: 7. Comes with EURO plug?

A: It is configured for the USA/North America only. A European adapter is not included.

Q: 8. Will this power supply work with EW300 in ear monitors? There is no specifications ( volts, mAs).

A: Sennheiser receivers all use that common power supply so my assumption is yes it will work.

Q: 9. Why 3 screw terminal? Needs only 2 for 24vac hookups.

A: The three connections are: Hot, Ground & Neutral.

Q: 10. 110v input what's the dc output?

A: no, 24V AC output, not DC. Do not plug this into something that is expecting DC.

[Noryl (SE100)] These transformers are well made, we haven't had a DOA or Warranty yet and we've been purchasing them for a while now. These are very useful as more and more counties are requiring them when UV's are installed in AC equipment. Also the added fuse is a bonus! 5

[120 VAC, 60 Hz] As an electrician, you would be surprised how difficult it can be for me to find some things locally. I looked high and low for this power supply and finally found it on the net at B&H. ... I used this power supply to replace one that had gone bad on a touch-free sink faucet. It is working flawlessly to this day. 5

[1] I use these with an IP camera array. I had the old ones for 8 years and although they weren't looking great all but one (out of 6) were still operational. I replaced all of them however and am looking forward to 8 more years of reliable performance. A good product for the price. 5
