[0.07 lb] 07/30/2020 - 1 month of ownership - heavy use for timelapse. Never gets hot, provides continuous power, and doesn’t add to the bulk of my gear bag. This power solution is lightweight and trustworthy. The price point will be determined by years of use, and I plan to update my review to reflect this products durability. Here’s a tip... Use a quality external battery source. I use Goal Zero. Cheap “power banks” you buy from a grocery store may not provide enough continuous power. I know this from experience and it goofed up a 6 hour TL. 5

[0.07 lb] I do a lot of night photography that includes meteor showers, time-lapse, and eclipse tracking. Changing batteries means lost frames, missed meteors, etc. For years, I have used DIY external battery solutions where I bought the components and soldered them together. This product makes that unnecessary. This is well thought out and allows hot-swapping of external phone chargers to keep the camera running. A typical 10,000 mAh battery pack will run the camera all night. 5

[0.07 lb] Works like a charm! Perfect for looooooong exposures or time lapse photography where you cannot afford to run out of power. Must be used with a separate battery pack but this system is the adapter for using it with Canon cameras. Tricky figuring out how to let the cord hang out from the bottom of the battery compartment in the camera, but once you find the hidden slot, it's easy to use! 5
