A: When I travel i put my gear in an airline size hard case with wheels. I pack my Domke bag in my luggage but stuff it with underwear and toiletries. No need to flatten it.

A: It is most likely the same brand Overland, if not the manufacturer uses different tapes depending on contract.

A: The HighPoint RocketStor 6661A-mSAS3 Thunderbolt 3 to Mini-SAS Hardware Raid Adapter is compatible with any Thunderbolt-equipped Mac or PC system running Windows 8/MacOS 10 or later.

A: The RAID should not need to be rebuilt, however I would back up the data just to be sure.

Q: 6. Will this device run an HP LTO tape drive with mini SAS?

A: Yes, this device can run with a variety of storage volumes.

Q: 7. how is it different from HighPoint RocketStor 6124V?

A: This one is hardware driven RAID with a dedicated RAID card. Transfer speeds are much faster as well. Getting 730MB/s READ and WRITE in RAID 5. Much stable as well. I had some instability issues with 6124V.

Q: 8. Does this support the TLR protocol which is required for LTFS format on LTO tape drives?

A: This does not support LTO tapes or TLR protocol.

Q: 9. How would this fue with a gfx100s, couple lenses and aQ2

A: Perfect match for the GFX 100 a few lens and accessories with no problem.

Q: 10. I have this same exact RocketStore unit .. mini sas connected to my win10 x64 PC .. it doesn't shutdown alone after i shutdown my PC !Any Advice ?

A: This is normal it has its own processor built in which regulates thermal conditions and healt of the drives. There is no wake-on or power off with MiniSas it has its own shutdown and boot up cycle. If you must power this down I would recommend doing so with the button in the rear after your computer has completely shut down. Then power on and make sure all the lights are good to go before powering on the computer.

[16.4' / 5 m] As both a digital and analog shooter - often shooting both formats together on the same outing - I found the Domke F-1X an ideal bag for carrying my hybrid kit. The F1-X accommodates, with ease, my F6 and D4s (D800), several AFS-D lenses (17-35mm, 50mm, 28-70, and 80-200mm), several spare CF and SD cards, an abundant supply of film, a cleaning kit, and my logbook. Typical of Domke, the bag is well thought out, and well constructed. A measure of confidence in Domke bags? This is my third purchase (I keep different film kits in each): I now have a pair of F2 bags as well as the recently purchased F-1X. I would give an unqualified thumbs-up to the F-1X; Domke products are first rate. 5

[16.4' / 5 m] I do a lot of travel, location and street shooting in Medium Format. This bag fits my Hasselblad 500C/M with 50mm and PM45 prism, four more lenses: 50, 60, 150 and 250. Three A12 backs, two Minolta meters, spot and incident/flash plus shades, filters and and my little knock-knacks like pens, notebooks and an asthma inhaler. I also own the a Domke RuggedWear which is a bit shorter in height and length. I'm using it for my Hasselblad digital but will be replacing it with a second one of these. One final note: I live in Mexico I so this bag cost me 40% more due to taxes and shipping than anyone living within the US and I'm still thrilled with it! 5

[16.4' / 5 m] It arrived a lot faster, initially it was going to take 4-6 weeks. The product is very well built, materials are very good quality. Adding drives was extremely easy. Connection to Mac Pro tower through SAS controller was easy. Everything about the product was absolutely fantastic. I will be filling it with 12tb drives, should make for a very nice storage array. Speeds are very nice as well. 5

[16.4' / 5 m] Years ago, when I was shooting with my F4, my old Domke bag was my constant companion. I actually wore it out to where it had done its time. This bag is larger, and holds my two Df bodies and my favorite lenses perfectly. Glad to have my kit back home! 5
