[, 2x Tub] The upper and lower sections seem to be made of robust, reinforced resin. The upper flat section has two metal, angled struts secured with two screws each that run along its length to reinforce it further. The vertical supports are made of plastic and are indistinguishable from the supports from common plastic shelving. The wheels are attached by pushing their pins through holes in the bottom tray, where their retaining rings ultimately secure them. Two of the wheels have locks on them and all four of them pivot. The entire cart is ultimately held together by friction and gravity, but it does not come apart when crossing rough floor transitions. All 8 of mine now have plywood caps and power tools bolted to them. The modifications were easy to make and the carts are holding up well under use.

[28 x 20 x 11"] I use the cart for moving equipment used in a senior fitness class. It went together easily and seems to be very sturdy. The castors are strong with stops on 2 of them. Great value compared to other online and in stores.

[Yes] This is one of the best purchases I ever made. This metal cart is solid and sturdy with 3 plugs on the side which I use for my computer, printer, and monitor. It's a space saver and can easily be moved on it's wheels anywhere I want to move it. It holds up to weight where my wooden cart couldn't take the extra weight of my water cooled computer. The 3 shelves have plenty of room for other uses also. I would call this an all in 1 Utility Cart because of the ways you could use this! [, 2x Tub] This rugged utility cart is the perfect size for using in my small warehouse. It is a good height for working at while standing and the wheels roll nice and smooth. I will probably get more of these carts in the future.
