The AKG HP6E 6-Channel Headphone Amplifierfrom AKG HP6E 6-Channel Headphone Amplifierfeatures five stereo inputs and six stereo headphone outputs in an ultra-flexible matrix design. In addition to the master channel, you can assign each output to one of four selectable input channels.

A: Yes. The AKG HP4E 4-Channel Headphone Amplifier is intended for use with line level signal only. It can be used with the line level signal from a DJ controller.

Q: 2. Can you use this with a power bank?

A: The Samson QH4 4-Channel Headphone Amplifier requires 15V DC and most power banks do not supply that amount of voltage. We recommend using the included power supply.

Q: 3. Does this amplifier come with it's own power source? If yes, does the brick only work on 110V or is it a global power supply, 100-240V?

A: A 12v DC power supply at 500 mA is included in the box. 110-240 is AC power.

Q: 4. Where can I find the mounting hardware for a rack?

A: thank you for your question. This unit does not have rack mount hardware available. I would suggest getting double sided hook and loop tape and attached to a single 1RU shelf such as the B&H # AURS1U

A: I am sorry we do not have that as an option

Q: 6. The description says "stereo/mono operation". Is this really true; if so how?

A: The Rolls RA62C has a stereo/mono button next to the "Main Input" knob on the front of the unit.

Q: 7. Is it possible to operate it in mono using the XLR connection or only when using the 1/4" connection?

[8.25 lb] I was looking for a small, versatile, multi-output amplifier so I could keep all of my high- and low-impedence output devices plugged in and just turn up the ones I needed so I could stop crawling under my desk to switch devices. I also already had an AKG mic which I love. This was a no-brainer, and it's perfect! 5

[6-Channel] The AKG HP12U is an over the top, solidly built piece of equipment. Seems to work as it should, but extremely disappointed that I couldn't find any real specs on it anywhere. I am going out on a limb here, trusting my eyes and ears, and giving it 5 stars. 5

[6-Channel] I love this thing! I needed a way to keep several output devices plugged into my production computer, some high impedance, some low, some with 1/4" pins, some with 1/8". This piece is sturdily constructed and compact, has all the controls I need in front, and doesn't color the output. It is a great device for a fair price. Get it. 5
