This Marshall 2.8mm f/2.0 M12 3MP IR Lens CV502-WPMB/WPMsupports resolutions up to 3MP and incorporates an M12 lens mount. It maintains your CV502's IP67 rating and can also be mounted on other available cameras (not included) that have an M12 mount. This 2.8mm f/2.0 lens features an IR-cut coating on the rear element that minimizes IR contamination, for a clean image.

A: I wont be able to check this lens for another few weeks because the cameras are installed on a model to record laboratory testing.The 3.7 mm lens that comes with the camera has a lot of fisheye. A flat surface in the upper part of the camera view looks bent.The 2.8 mm lens has just a very minor amount of fisheye. If you do not point it out to someone most people would not even notice. I used an 8 ft flat steel beam and set the camera distance so that the beam took up 90% of the screen width.

Q: 10. Would this work for a Black Magic mini converter?

[2.8mm] This is a great lens for the Marshall CV506 cameras that I set up at my poker game. Nobody even notices them and the quality is fantastic. 5

[0.01 lb] haven't used this too much yet, however, this has been pretty solid when I have used it. a bit difficult to get in focus but its nothing to complain too much about. 5

[2.9 x 2 x 0.75"] We're using this lens with the CV506 camera. For the size and price, it does a great job. And with the CV506, has better low-light performance than any other combinations I've tried. It's easy to focus and well-built. 5

[0.01 lb] This is a solid lens for tiny POV cameras like the Marshalls. It's nice to have a range of focal length on these cameras, because you usually can't be too picky about where to mount them. Sharp pictures without too much abberation on the edges. 5

[M12] I use this with my Marshall CV503 for unobtrusive POV angles in a band or other places where the camera would otherwise be an eyesore in other camera shots. It works great! 5

[M12] We got this lens to go with the Marshall CV500 series cameras. Yes the marshals come with a very wide 3.6 MM lens which is great for the fisheye and super wide affect, but look horrible if you move it close to an object to get a close-up shot. This lens was the perfect solution and the depth of field that you can adjust by the simple twist of the lens looked great! We will most likely be getting another one of these for our other cameras. 5

[M12] Great wee angle lens for exterior security camera. Allows us to see the front door, parking lot and security gate. Good detail and contrast in the shadows on a sunny day. Good night time picture as well. 5
