The FlashPro is equipped with SmartControl. SmartControl allows the operator to override the automated destruction process to control the process, while observing the destruction of the media through a safety window. The FlashPro's quiet, single-phase drive motor operates off standard power supplies in offices around the world.

The FlashPro's SmartCut shredding system automatically adjusts to the shape of the media by reversing and forwarding the cutting wheels, until the media is gripped. The cutting wheels stop when the destruction process is complete.

A: When connecting to the Apple Mac Studio with M1 Max, the Solid State Logic SSL 2+ Desktop 2x4 USB Type-C Audio/MIDI Interface could use the computer's Thunderbolt or USB Type-A inputs for its host connection. The interface includes both types of cables with purchase.

[AC 120-240 V] Bought this last March,2024 in advance of hurricane season. Luckily, we did not have a direct hit. Having a Yashino 2000 solid state for standby use is reassuring! I checked the charge on it today and applied load. Everything is up to par.... now to prepare for winter outages. 5

[319 lb] AJA products are very reliable. I am glad they updated the firewire800 for usb 3 so our video team can download right away the content of the HDD to their computers and back up units. I wish the HDD came with usb cable. 5

[24 in] I have used Aja kiStor drives for over a decade and they are still my go to choice for recording on my KiPro recorders. The USB interface is easy to use and converts to USB-C with any readily available USB adapter. 5
