[5 x 5 x 0.2"] This is the best of both the old systems. I found that the old system of foam cubes was too limiting and did not fit my approach to storage. The old compartment system did not have enough padding as far as I was concerned. This new system is the best of both worlds. 5

[0.05 lb] I shoot real estate and have 2 cameras, a drone, a gimbal, 2 flashes, and a bunch of extra stuff (batteries, diffusers, chargers, etc) that I need on every shoot. This ended up being the perfect divider set for my Pelican! Fits my Canon 6D, BMPCC6K with a 16-35mm, Crane 3 LAB gimbal, 2 extra lenses, and a ton more stuff. Also got the lid organizer that works great for all my batteries and stuff. Awesome buy. 5

[Neoprene sponge] These newer dividers are much thicker than previous Pelican dividers. Hold equipment much more securely and in place. I like the new yellow color also, helps me see all the equipment much easier. Black lenses, cameras, bodies etc, on black/grey dividers were sometimes difficult to see in darker locations. 5

[0.05 lb] I used this for an overseas trip where some flights within a country had extremely limited carry on weight and size limits. I had to put some equipment as checked luggage. This worked excellently to protect gear and to me was more adjustable over time and different trips than the pluck out foam block type protection. Seems to protect gear gear well as all of mine came through without problems. 5
