[2 A maximum] I place these where the network wire transitions from outside to inside. I typically increase the notch in the cover using a drill so the cover will slip on over the heavier ground wire. 5

[2 A maximum] The factory shipped the device to us very quickly; we received it in only two days. The mechanical workmanship is jewel-like; it's almost a work of art. The instructions imply that one end is the input, but this is not the case, as it's bidirectional. We confirmed this with Ditek tech support, whose response time was exceptionally short. Not cheap, but solid industrial quality generally isn't. 5
