A: The first image on the product page is how the Bright Tangerine Anti-Reflective Filter Tilt Control for Misfit Atom & Misfit Atom Pola+ should be oriented inside the Misfit Atom, the screws will then come in from the bottom of the matebox screwing into the Atom and then the Anti-Reflective Filter Tilt Control, holding it in place.

Q: 10. Does it vignette with an A7SII + Sony 28-135mm? What adapter should I use to clamp it onto that lens (105mm outer diameter)?

A: Just updating this answer - it doesnt vignette the 28-135 and I found that the attachment protrusions for Sonys built-in hood interfere with a typical clamp-on adapter. However, it works perfectly with the 95 to 114mm screw-on adapter (Bright Tangerine but also other manufacturers) and the advantage is you can use a 114mm lens cover to protect the lens in transit instead of that Sony disposable coffee cup version that comes with the lens.

[0.05 lb] Upgraded from another brand to Bright Tangerine, really love how lightweight and flexible this system is (versus what I was using). They really put a ton of thought into their designs. It's just the right amount of matte box, no too big and overbuilt, but with options to expand.. the 138mm rotating third stage is brilliant. 5

[0.05 lb] I had a matte box that weighed 4.5 pounds by itself and switched to this. What a difference! This really works well in the fact that the one tray can be rotated. It is not 360 degrees but it does what it needs to do for sure. I wish I would've got the rod bracket package but I ended up getting that too and most will need that as that's the only way to mount this to rails when needed. This is a very light system but can be used with 4x4 and the 4x5.6 filters. I have the 143 to 85mm clamp-on ring also and once you figure out how to set it up and use it then it only takes a few seconds to setup afterwards. 5

[0.4 oz / 11.6 g] I bought the misfit atom to have a lightweight travel matte box that I can clamp on to stills lenses (82MM) or small cine lenses (95mm & 114mm). I also purchased the BT carbon fiber top flag to control unwanted flair when shooting in backlight situations. The top flag is just the right size (not too large to travel with or too small to control flares). The ability to remove the rubber lens shade makes it easy to pack away for travel in a backpack. The 114mm clamp with adapters rings (82mm & 95mm) covers most lens setups I have. I haven't used it to stack filters but works well for single filters. I compared this to other mini matte boxes and this one worked the best for my needs not requiring proprietary filters, working with up to 114mm lenses and the larger top flag. I also own the BT Misfit which is great for studio work but I use the atom more often as it is very packable and light weight. 5

[0.4 oz / 11.6 g] I really like how lightweight it is. And I also really like that it just uses a clip to hold the filters. It’s such a simple way to do but at the same time I’m not limited in using 4x4 and 5x6 in any order I want. Really great product and feels like it’s been made by filmmakers 5
