Designed for 4- to 8-cylinder vehicles, the JumpBoost V8 Air has jumper cables with battery terminal clamps that stow in cutouts, one on each side of the unit, for a neat profile. The unit delivers 300 starting amps and 1000 peak amps to get your vehicle running, and a 12-volt accessory power socket and two USB ports are provided to charge or power your electronics and small appliances. The 260-PSI inflator's hose fits in a groove around the edge of the base, rather than being stuffed in a small compartment, for easy access and stowage. Along with the standard Schrader head for vehicle valve stems, a set of inflator tips for recreational gear is included. The pounds per square inch of inflation is easily monitored on the analog pressure dial. The LED work light will come in handy for nighttime jump-starts or tire inflation, car-camping or power outages. The JumpBoost can be charged from a standard AC wall outlet or a car/truck/RV DC power accessory jack.

Q: 4. I have a 1500 solar generator and I may need a new battery. I have not charge it for some time and I have had it plugged in for more that 24 hours and the indicator light is still red. Any suggestions, or will I need to buy a new battery??

A: You probably need a new battery... If a battery goes below a certain voltage for any period of time it can damage the cells. I charge mine to full every two months or so... It keeps the battery healthy and its always ready for me when we lose power. I hope that helps.

[260 PSI] I bought the EcoFlow Delta 2 as protection against a power outage. Not having experienced a power outage since my purchase, I can’t report how well it would perform in one or how long it will last. What I can report on is that it is easy to set-up and connect to my phone and iPad, and it charges remarkably fast. I tested it under a light load (literally, lights), and the discharge rate was minimal. Testing it by connecting a 1450w space heater did drain the battery swiftly, so that’s not a wise use of the unit. Since gas-powered generators are dangerous, and each winter, there is at least one local news report of someone dying from a gas generator being run in a garage or porch, and they must be refueled every four hours, I feel that this 120v battery is the prudent and inexpensive way to prepare for an outage. I have yet to test the solar panels I purchased with the Delta 2. 5

[260 PSI] I bought the Delta 2 as an extra power source for my camping experience and it is a welcoming addition. Being only 30 lbs, I can carry it around and power up my electric water kettle or induction cooktop with ease. Plus I can recharge it rapidly on my EcoFlow Delta Pro power house that I have connected to a powerful solar array. 5

[14 lb] I bought this to replace a smaller unit that could not backup my fridges or freezers. It is much lighter and more functional than the Delta 1300 I purchased a few years ago. I prefer the LiFePO battery and it's associated longer life. It does not have as much battery capacity as the Delta 1300, but the inverter appears to be the same. I like the ability to set the charge limit to 70% while using it as a UPS. The UPS functions very quickly and has been running a freezer and some other appliances without problem. It was a little slow to update the firmware when I got it, but it seems to be doing fine now. I don't like that one must connect the device via WiFi to get updates. It wants access to my home network and that is forbidden to the Chinese (and other) companies. Overall, I like it and it works so far as a UPS for my freezers and fridges. 5

[260 PSI] The January 2023 rains here in California were brutal. I tried to expedite a battery from EcoFlow…and they came through! When the power outage hit..this battery kept a few lights on and powered all our devices. It even powered our Dyson heater. The ExoFlow Delta 2 was amazing. 5
