TP-780T is a 4K UHD, twisted pair transmitter for HDMI, bidirectional RS-232 and IR signals. It supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) UHD. TP-780T converts HDMI, RS-232, and IR signals into a twisted pair signal that it transmits to a TP-780R receiver. TP-780T supports PoE (Power over Ethernet).

A: If you are using unboosted HDMI cable, that would explain the signal drop. This booster should solve the problem. Please note it is a special order. Expected availability: 7-10 business days then we ship to you.

Q: 3. Does the PoE feature work using an included power supply? If so, which end? Transmitter or receiver?

A: The Transmitter is able to power the Reciever using POE. The transmitter needs to be plugged in with the included power supply to provide POE.

Q: 4. Does this come with the power supply?

A: You have two options: This kit Includes an external power supply or you can use IEEE 802.3af PoE Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE).

A: A remote is not included.

A: Yes, this unit is 1 RU.

A: The Kramer 2x1 Automatic 4K UHD HDMI Standby Switcher (B&H# KRVS211H2) offers both priority and last connected switching options and automatically switches on that basis. So, if you plug something new into the switcher and put out an HDMI signal from it then it can be set to switch to that new input.

Q: 9. Seamless switching?

A: We're afraid not. This is not a seamless switcher.

[32 °F] I have several pairs of PT-571/PT-572+ transmitter/receivers. They work the first time... every time. Picture and sound are great. Very little delay. I have cable lengths as long as 250 feet. 5

[HDCP 1.4] This Receiver/Transmitter pair really just makes a long (up to 295ft) HDMI cable. Nothing to 'install' as much as just 'plug in'. You'll need an HDMI cable at each end - plan accordingly. Use shielded cable! 5

[7.4 in] Worked great. These work in pairs the PT-571 is the transmitter. You also need the the PT-572+ the receiver end. Our church uses 2 pairs of these. The one for our projector has been in use for more ten 2 years no issues at all. Rob 5

[HDBaseT] I'm using 571/572s for video, with audio going to mixer and house speakers. Video and audio are not in synch. Presonix mixer has no function to delay audio. Help, anyone? 5

[32 °F] These little pico tools from Kramer are an excellent solution at a good price point. Using these with 572 receivers and a Kramer 2x4 HDMI distro on the front end to send presentations to three screens over 100' of qualified (Kramer uniKat) CAT6 cable. It just works. No latency, no glitching, no resolution limits up to and including 1920 x 1080. Rack amount accessories make for a clean, manageable installation. The 572 receivers get power over ethernet, so no wall wart required at the receiver end. 5

[Included] Used in a church sanctuary with DGK6 cable. Signals are excellent. Red/Orange/Green indicator is especially handy as well as the surface mounting hardware. 5

[1 in] Used to run a 40' hdmi line that was dropping out. This solved the problem and now the projector will pick up hdmi input. Absolutely no loss of signal at all. 5
