A: I got this for my 18 year old son and he loves it but we have been really frustrated trying to collapse and fold it. He went back to the store where a salesman showed him how simple it is to do, then came home and we failed over and over again. After several YouTube videos and lots of cursing, we finally conquered the thing.

Q: 4. Has anyone shot video against these? How are the results? Is the material reflective? As in being able to see the reflection of the lights that are being used.

A: I use this a lot of interviews. We do quick direct address material with this as a backdrop. It's reflective to a point. The brighter the lights the more reflective it seems. Thus one should keep the subject at least five feet from the backdrop and light the back of the subject to create separation. Pretty standard green-screening. It works very well in these conditions.

Q: 5. Description describes backdrop can be bent into a cove for tabletop. Will this bend and damage the "wire springs" the fabric?

A: No, the Angler 5x7' collapsible background kit frame can handle lots of play and is durable.

Q: 6. What are dimensions on these boards? Looking to add interest on walls behind interviewees with Nanlite FS 150 spot.

A: The V-FLAT WORLD Shadow Board Bundle boards are 17x20".

Q: 7. Do you have a recommendation for a carrying / shipping case for this? The smaller version fit in my standard checked bag, but this new size doesn't fit.

A: I'm sorry. I don't have a carrying case for this (I use it at home). Best of luck!

Q: 8. Does this product have wrinkles like fold up reflectors?

A: It can end up with wrinkles.

Q: 9. Can this be used on models or people or is soley for table top/product photography?

A: Yes, the V-FLAT WORLD Shadow Board Bundle can be used for Product as well as people such as Models. When being used with people you need to use a Hard Light source to create a well defined image on the wall behind the subject. This means you should not be using a Softbox on the Shadow board.

Q: 10. Can I rotate the screen to be landscape instead of portrait?

A: No it won't hold in Landscape

[0.375 lb] The soft plastic won't scratch sheet film negatives or paper emulsions. The recessed grooves in the bottom allow you grasp the sheets with tongs or gloved fingers easily when they settle. be sure to purchase one size bigger than the sheets or paper you are developing. 5

[0.375 lb] I love these trays for developing 4x5 film. They are the perfect size, so that the film does not slosh around. The pouring lip works great, and it is always easy to move and agitate the film. Clean up is easy, and I love that they come in different colors, so that you can always put the same chemicals in certain color trays. 5

[0.375 lb] With the demise of my processor, I have reverted to tray development of all my sheet film. These trays are just what the doctor ordered for 4 X 5 sheets. They are rigid, hold nearly a liter of liquid, and have an excellent pouring spout. I bought a pair of each color . . . in retrospect, I should have only gotten the white: when working under safelight, the chemistry becomes invisible in the red trays, and nearly so in the grey ones. 5

[0.375 lb] These are doe-hard time proven trays! They are red and made like a steel work horse. If you drop it it won't break! It will bounce. If your stuck on a deserted island you could wave this tray in the air so rescue can see you it's so red! Great tray! 5

[0.375 lb] Using this for developing 5x7s in the darkroom; it's the right size for the paper, using less developer than my 8x10 tray, and it's fairly easy to get the print out because of the runnels. 5

[0.375 lb] Got this tray for developing 4x5 film negatives and it works great! The large grooves on the bottom of the tray make lifting the negatives out of the developer very easy. Especially since you are in complete darkness. 5
